Property was not ready for check-in at the designated time. Given we paid for a certain period for this rental, this was disappointing.

Thanks for the review, Chad. Our cleaning team had an exceptionally busy turnover day and worked hard to have the property prepared as quickly as possible. While there was a slight delay beyond the scheduled check-in time, the property was ready shortly afterward. We appreciate your patience and thank you for staying with us.
