This oceanfront loft is in the cosmopolitan neighborhood of Condado (San Juan) and is walking distance to a great variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, water sports, movie theaters, and zip lines. It offers stunning water views from the inside as well as from its balcony.

It is a short walk to Escambron beach (at the entrance of Old San Juan). This beach has two sides, one perfect for swimming and another side for snorkeling and scuba diving, where you might even see sea turtles.

It is a short walk to La Playita del Condado (the nicest beach in this trendy neighborhood) and the Condado lagoon. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton hotel (with fun shops and restaurants) and walking distance to Distrito T Mobile which combines the best in art, music, dining and entertainment. It is 8 min drive from Old San Juan (30 min walk) and 15 min drive from the San Juan Airport.
