In town for final four
The property is ok for younger adults, it feels like a college age-group rental. We were only provided a total of 2 bath towels for a 4-night stay (no kitchen or hand towels or wash cloths) and no hair dryer. Repeated inquiries beginning on evening #1 of our stay were replied to quickly but with empty promises. Subsequent (daily) requests to remedy were all replied to quickly as well with promises to fix, but no actions. Finally at 4:40 PM on our last day, someone dropped off 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths with a hair dryer. Way too little and much too late. Coffee maker was provided, but with no coffee. Community lounge area (coffee bar) - same, coffee maker, cups and stir sticks with no pods for guests.Pool was nice, but the amount of chairs was inadequate (13 lounge chairs for approximately 100 apartments).The furniture in the apartment contained a broken desk chair, broken bedroom lamps, peeling ceiling paint in shower and walls that could use a fresh coat of paint.It was awkward that the only TV was in the bedroom.Balcony was nice - but there were no chairs to sit on to enjoy it.Initial access to the building upon our arrival was supposed to be via a key fob in a common area lock box. The lock box was empty. Fortunately for us, we were let into the building by another resident/renter. This was a bit unsettling with a 10PM arrival.There were 2 nights when young apparently drunk residents returned "home" 3AM and were loud, disorderly and destructful.
