It’s a beautiful home. Spacious parking and good for SUV’s. Quiet neighborhood. Modern accommodations. Instructions were handled days before, quick response from Lawrence. We really felt like home in there. Simple and clean. We would definitely ever be in contact with Larry for next time!

Great escape

Really impressed with the property. Walk through the front door and everything has a new feeling to it. An open concept that makes everyone feel together. The little mother-in-law suite in the back was a really nice surprise. We had fun with the putting green and the hot tub in the back yard. We grilled out three time. The patio is an awesome place for everyone together. The property is centrally located. It is minutes to any of your needs( groceries , shopping, beaches, museums and SRQ airport).we had a very nice spring break thanks to “The Florida Nest”
