Quiet Escape Near Rathbun Lake & Public Hunting Grounds

Located in South Central Iowa our peaceful home is located about 10 minutes from Rathbun Lake which makes it a perfect stay in the summer months! We are within a couple miles of state hunting ground for those hunters that need a quick get away to a prime White Tail Deer and Turkey area! Right down the road you will also find Emerald Hills Events where lots of weddings and events are hosted! We are about 10-15 minutes from some really great restaurants and bars as well!

Perfect location for docking at Bridgeview. There is a short dirt road you have to travel to get to house. Very spacious open kitchen/living room. Very nice bathroom and shower. The kitchen was Very well stocked with necessary pots/pans/utensils,and silverware. This will NOT sleep 8 persons unless you bring an air mattress. There is plenty of room for one. Two full sizes beds and one bunk bed. Very comfortable house. Would rent again.
