Location, location, location! We had four grandbabies under 2 1/2 and having a close location to the beach club which was very handy. Also we had a bedroom for each of the kids and one in a closet. Each baby needs quiet so this worked great, also the grandparents had uninterrupted morning time in our One bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, sitting room over the garage and connected to the second floor via a walkway to the main house. We had a few moments every morning before going over to the rambunctious crew! Was perfect for our family of ten!

Great property, Great Location! Some furnishings need to be updated or cleaned.. Grille and pool area needs to be cleaned better. Overall, really enjoyed property and its location. Would go back.

Perfect Place in Seaside!

The "Happy Place" has it all. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT!!! Close to pool, beach, town and restaurants. The owners and management personal were excellent to deal with. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing location!

We had the best time at Happy Place. The location and pool were unbeatable. So easy to walk to the beach and beach club and loved the size of the house pool. The house comfortably fit 4 families and had everything we needed. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful Water Color Stay
