Moms’ weekend away

The property was perfect for our group of 10 mom friends enjoying a weekend away. Clean and comfortable and well appointed, with a key lockbox that made it easy for us to come and go separately at times. Hosts were quick to reply to messages with helpful info. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area, wow!

The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and was a nice setting for our family weekend. The amenities worked well overall, with the exception of the dishwasher, which stopped working on Saturday morning.Unfortunately, dealing with the broken dishwasher took away from our family time. Despite the host note stating dish soap was provided, there was none on-site, forcing us to go out and buy some to wash everything by hand. We also noticed some mold in the bathroom that needs attention.While the house is lovely, the communication during a service issue was frustrating and impersonal. Future travelers should bring their own basic essentials just in case, and be prepared for slow resolution times if something goes wrong.

Bonjour Brenda, C’est vraiment regrettable de laisser un commentaire comme celui-ci. Le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne durant votre séjour de deux jours et nous avons pu envoyer un réparateur de lave-vaisselle seulement trois jours plus tard. Vous n’avez pas eu de la vaisselle pendant moins de 24 heures seulement. De plus, suite à votre séjour, nous avons constaté qu’il y avait bien du savon à vaisselle sous le meuble lavabo de la cuisine. Peut-être que vous aviez mal regardé. Finalement, le chalet est neuf et il n’y a pas de présence de moisissure dans les salles de bain tout est bien nettoyé après chacune des locations. Je crois sincèrement que ce chalet n’était pas fait pour vous, et j’ai moi-même pris en charge le problème lors de votre séjour et nous avons fait tout ce qu’il faut pour envoyer un réparateur le plus rapidement possible. Le lave-vaisselle est maintenant fonctionnel.

Il manquait de linge a vaisselle, on aurait eu besoin d'un plus gros chaudron pour la cuisson des pâtes et finalement il n'y a pas de crochet pour les serviettes dans les salles de bain.Sinon, tout était parfait.

Bonjour, Le chalet est beau, très agréable, bien agencé et c’est très apprécié de venir avec nos chiens, Ceci dit, je comprends que nous soyons venu à une période charnière dans votre processus mais nous avons été vraiment déçu d’apprendre 3 jours avant d’arriver qu’il n’y avait pas de jardin, on ne va pas en chalet pour ne pas se mettre dehors! C’est assez malhonnête de ne pas prévenir avant. Comment organiser un autre chalet de 22 personnes si on prévient si tard? Grosse grosse déception!!! La vue était moche. Heureusement pour vous qu’il a plu parce que je vous aurais contacté avant. Niveau casseroles, pas prévu pour 22 personnes. Je m’attends à une compensation de 20% sur le prix que j’ai payé. Merci

Bonjour Florence, Je vais bien prendre le temps de répondre à ce commentaire. Le chalet a été construit en décembre 2024. Nous avons installé le gazon uniquement le 15 mai soit quelques jours après votre départ. C'est un mauvais timing tout simplement. Pour ce qui est des casseroles, nous avons une batterie de cuisine COMPLÈTE et d haute qualité avec chaudron et poêle suffisamment pour 22 personnes. Le chalet est complètement neuf de A à Z. Vous avez à l'extérieur 8 chaises Adirondacks, un foyer extérieur trois tables picnic et un spa.
