Convenient location. Very easy to get to. Great instructions for arrival. Parking was easy. It had everything we needed for an overnight. Within walking distance to Niagara Falls Park and restaurants.

The property was clean, nice kitchen with pots and pans and dishes to be able to cook meals. Host was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. It was only a 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls State Park. The beds were comfortable as well.

Beautiful apartment perfect for an intimate get away, walking distance or a short drive from everything you need or want to do. Very kind hosts always available to help. Very clean with most essentials covered. Open dining room/living room made cooking, eating, while spending time together comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

It was a nightmare when the host Moe texted us in the middle of the night cancelling our booking 6 hours post check in time. We were 20 mins away from the place with aging parents. The host sent us pictures (attached) of the apartment that got flooded for the light rain that the place received that day. While we understand that they can't let us stay on their property risking our lives, the host didn't help in anyway to arrange for any alternate hotel accomodations. Instead we were asked to look for other popular rental marketplace where the available listing was under the same name as the host.

We were canceled one hour before checking in by the owner. We didn’t stay because of the cancellation due to “flooding “!!! Very disappointing. We were scrambling to find a place to stay.

Sorry again for the inconvenience, unfortunately we had a pipe leak in the kitchen and had to get it fixed and cleaned right away. We fully refunded and processed an inconvenience fee as well. Hope to host you in the future
