Everything was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very communicative which was super nice and made for easy check in/check out. The only thing was we couldn’t get the tv to work much but it wasn’t a really an issue since we weren’t at the house much.
We had a wonderful time. It feels like we did and saw it all. Thank you.We could not see a blue bin or trash cans as a suggestion. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We left about 2-2.5 hrs ago. Everything was completed as requested.
Decent property, older house with older house issues. ( miss aligned doors , old windows, etc ) Good location. Comfortable beds. Large kitchen. Overall a decent stay. Good communication with host. If you’re looking for perfection. It’s not it. But not a bad place.
The home has all the items needed for our stay. The home looked exactly as it shows. The upstairs tenant is loud at times during the day and evening, but not super late in the evening. I enjoyed the convenience of location to the aquarium and the falls.
The area that the house is in itself was quiet. There’s an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment which I didn’t realize, I have loud kids so I’m sure whoever was upset did not love that. All in all it was a good time.
Overall everything was as expected, cleanness, beds comfortable, and ac on point, Kitchen cleaned and ready to use, coffeemaker ready to go, parking spacious, and the Niagara falls right in 5 min driving. Quiet neighborhood and safe.
This was a perfect place for a short term stay in Niagara Falls. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it was spacious and well equipped for anyone wishing to cook. Only one small concern is that the bathtub is slippery and there are no grab bars.
Excellent stay. All amenities were great. Just couldn’t get heat to get above 65. I’m sure that was on my part. Great location. 5 minutes strait down the street to the falls. Thank you so much. Great family memories.
We enjoyed our two nights there. It was very clean. Kitchen is amazing! It's an old house in an old neighborhood, so keep that in mind. The location was perfect for getting to the falls! We would stay here again if we were ever traveling there again. No complaints on our part.

An old house, it is not for 8 people as indicated, there are only 3 beds, the rest all very close to Niagara Park.

Hi - I’m so sorry! I thought our description provided and described, that there’s only 3 bedrooms and a queen air mattress.
Kitchen was very clean and user friendly. Had problems in laundry room with the washer and the dryer.

Overall it wasn't bad. However the upstairs neighbors were not very friendly. None of the doors closed good, including the main entrance doors. The doors inability to close properly was a big concern. The deadbolt worked good but the latch for the handle did not.
We booked for 3 days , only stayed one . The neighborhood was very run down . The house , while old was updated to meet all your needs but has upstairs renters that were very noisy . Sounded like they were moving furniture back and forth for over an hour , car alarms blaring ,etc. I voiced these concerns to the host but didn’t get a response .

Hi Mary - I’m sorry to hear of your experience. I did speak with the upstairs guests regarding their house issues after your stay. As far as the neighborhood, there’s mainly airbnbs on our street now with a sprinkle of homeowners. With that being said, it is a city and often times disturbances can be unpredictable like a car alarm going off nearby in the middle of the night. I’m sorry you experienced that specifically during your stay.
Our trip was planned to visit Niagara both on the US and Canada side. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The front porch is great for some relax time. It's an old home with cool hardwood floors and lots of charm. It's not the Ritz, so if that's your expectation, keep looking. The location is great! You can walk to the end of the street and see Skylon Tower and even the nightly fireworks at the falls. In just a few minutes, you can be driving across the Rainbow Bridge, or on the US side, you can visit Goat Island or make a short, scenic drive to Lewiston or Youngstown. There are several state parks and hiking trails nearby. There a nice parking area behind the house, which is very well lit, in case you happen to be out late.Matt follows up quickly with questions and was a excellent host.
Rooms were all as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well supplied. The neighborhood probably saw its prime decades ago. It was within in spitting distance of a Gorge side trail. Only about a mile from the center of all the attractions. The biggest negative was my not fully appreciating the noise factors of having upstairs tenants in an old creaky house. Particularly ones with two dogs that like to run across the floors and play or whatever. Once we had to wait for a few minutes for a barking dog to be restrained before entering through the common exterior door. The accommodations were an economical option but we wouldn't stay there again.

About the host
Hosted by Matt Green
I’m Niagara Falls born and raised—spent my childhood exploring the Niagara Gorge, climbing rocks, and probably getting into more trouble than I should’ve. My wife and I used to live right on this street and fell in love with its charm, history, and walkable beauty. When the chance came to buy another home here, we couldn’t pass it up. Now we get to share a little slice of this neighborhood we love with our guests.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it’s truly one of a kind—nestled on the oldest residential street in Niagara Falls, surrounded by beautiful, historic homes with character you can’t replicate. We’re just steps from the Niagara Gorge rim trail, where the views are breathtaking and the walks are peaceful. It’s a place that feels timeless, yet full of life—and we love sharing it with guests.
