It was a beautiful beach view we had from our room, it was just steps from the beach, gorgeous sunsets! It was a small room, but we didn’t spend much time in it so that was fine. Kitchen was very nice. Everything was clean, only thing I would mention is the sofa was pretty uncomfortable and very close to the TV but all in all we had a wonderful stay!!

The property is small but perfect for a weekend trip and is accurate as listed! There was a technical issue where I didn’t receive check-in instructions from VRBO and it was quickly and easily resolved.

Great location on the beach and proximity to dining options. Its a very small unit. The furnishings and futon/couch are below average. The manager and maintenance crew are top notch!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the beachfront location, nearby dining options, and had a great experience with our management and maintenance team. Regarding the size of the unit, it is intentionally a smaller space, and we do our best to accurately reflect that in the listing photos and description, so guests know what to expect prior to booking. We appreciate your comments on the furnishings as well and will take that into consideration as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Easy laid back vibe. The best feature of this condo is the private patio with beach view! That’s where we spent most of our time. The beach with aqua blue water is steps away and lounge chairs are provided. The bed was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Easy check in and out and the communication was great.

Spring vacation

The stay was wonderful, beautiful scenery right on the beach. Friendly neighbors/other guests. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and wild life each day. Especially the blue heron that visited each morning and evening that we named Fred. We will be back for another stay soon!

Positives - It was clean and well maintained. Right on the beach with easy access and beautiful sunsets. Negatives - much smaller than anticipated. Hard for two people to even walk around. Well equipped, but no can opener

Beautiful Beachfront Access!!

Loved this charming condo and I would absolutely stay here again! It was exactly as described in the listing. The condo was very nice and clean with great amenities. The communication with the Property Manager/Owner, Roman, was excellent and the check-in and check-out procedure was easy. This VRBO is a perfect place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The location is fantastic — close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The property itself has clearly been given a tremendous amount of care and attention, and the recent renovations are absolutely beautiful. Everything feels fresh, modern, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. I also wanted to address something important for future guests: I noticed there may be an older review mentioning that the room had not been renovated. That information is clearly outdated now, because the unit has been completely and beautifully updated. The space is actually a spacious one-bedroom with a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. The overall atmosphere of the property is welcoming, quiet, and professionally maintained. You can tell the owners truly care about creating a great experience for guests. From the upgraded interior finishes to the cleanliness and comfort, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, updated, and well-located place to stay!

The outdoor amenities were good and as stated. What wasn't stated was one has to be a Lilliputian with dollar store taste to enjoy the interior. The only upholstered piece of furniture was a small, low to the ground futon. It sits three feet from the TV screen. There are no pieces of furniture on which to set anything from a suitcase and no place to put the suitcase. The kitchen stove serves as a makeup counter because the mirror is in the kitchen. There is no counter or shelf in the very small bath.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the outdoor amenities and found them to be as stated in the listing. Regarding the interior, everything is accurately described and reflected in the photos provided prior to booking. The layout, furnishings, and room sizes are clearly shown so guests can determine if the space fits their needs and preferences. We strongly recommend that guests review the full listing details and photos carefully before reserving to ensure it aligns with their expectations. This property is priced accordingly for Longboat Key and reflects both the location and the specific accommodations offered. For guests seeking larger interiors, additional seating, expanded storage, or more luxury finishes, we do offer higher-end properties at significantly higher nightly rates and are always happy to help match guests with a home that better fits their desired level of comfort. We appreciate your stay and your input.

This cute little condo was just as advertised. The complex is small. It was right on the beach with a beautiful view the beach was amazing. This unit had a comfortable bed and was clean. They have lounge chairs for you to use, pool noodles, boogie boards for the beach. Check in process was simple also easy checkout. I definitely will be back with my husband. I went with my high school friend and we had a blast just decompressing for a couple days. Being on the beach is just what we needed. She is from Tampa and stays at the property next-door and loves it. She said they will def stay here also next time they come. The location is great because it’s not as crowded or touristy as AMI and that is what we like. Picture of the sunset taken right off the patio! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven.

Didn't stay at the bait and switch property

I showed up and it was a complete different room then what was displayed in the listing I paid for. I booked a one room and was given a studio with a dirty interior and a murphy bed with a mystery stain. I instantly called the host and was informed someone must have put the wrong info on the listing. So im to believe someone put the wrong info on every part of the listing and took 12 pictures of a completely different room? They said there was no available rooms to switch to and to just basically deal with it. I spoke to three people involved in the listing each less helpful then the last. I informed them i wouldn't be staying in this bait and switch room and left. I had hoped VRBO could handle the issue and at least provide me with a refund. After two weeks of waiting i was informed there was nothing they could do. So they are accessories to fraud. I do not recommend staying at this location or using this service. You can see the pictures from the listing vs the actual room they tried to give me.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you found the unit clean. Our listing is 100% accurate and transparent, with current photos and a detailed description that clearly states this is a small beachfront unit. There is no attempt to portray it as a large suite or spacious condominium. These units are designed to provide guests with an affordable way to stay just steps from one of America's most beautiful beaches. Most of our guests choose them because they plan to spend their days enjoying the beach, pool, restaurants, and local attractions—not inside the room. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure our listing accurately reflects exactly what guests can expect before they book.
