It's a great place wih space for a group of people. Bedrooms are on 3 floors, big combined kitchen, dining and livingroom area and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suites. It's 3 blocks, walking distance, from downtown and the neighborhood, borders the beautiful historic district, is quiet and safe. The owner Rafi is very accessible and a pleasure to work with. The property was even better than the description! 5 stars!

The house was very nice, great accommodations for our group of 5. The host was very responsive when I called about ants in the kitchen and about an item we left behind, after checkout. The garage was easy to access through the back alley. The pictures on the Vrbo site are accurate.I would definitely stay here again.

The property was spacious and comfortable. Having a garage space was a real plus. If you’re planning to cook while you’re there, you may need to bring things. The kitchen isn’t very well stocked.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our son was getting married downtown and this was the perfect location and size for us to stay for the rehearsal and wedding. We look forward to booking in the future and having all of our children stay with us!

This was an excellent location for our stay and accommodated us with excellent living and sleeping space. My only complaint is the wash clothes were thin and rough. We felt safe and secure with the garage being a plus

Perfect for enjoying Florence downtown and UNA facilities.

Brand new renovations that were very comfortable for our group. There were a few punch list items that the property host is taking care of but none impacted our stay. Would highly recommend!

great home ,great location , great communication only negative is shows 4 full bathrooms but is really 3 1/2 baths. Had small plumbing problem on check in and owner quickly had repaired. We will try to rent this unit again on future trips.

Parking was easy and convenient. It is three stories so plan on taking steps bcs there is no shower/tub on main floor just a half bath. All bedrooms except one had King beds that were very comfortable. The main floor bedroom was a Queen I think. The condo was roomy and we had 8 people during our stay. We never felt crowded. The kitchen had a Keurig and toaster. It had a very nice new oven and a dishwasher plus two sinks. TVs in every bedroom and good wifi easy to hook up. The location is very close and convenient to the cute downtown area and the campus of UNA. I walked to several places instead of driving. It also felt very safe.I would definitely stay here again.

This property is just like the pictures! Short, few blocks to Court St. Easy chk in and communitive host. The brand new Keurig was not working. He had a replacement brought within the hour. We will stay again
