**St Thomas MOA requires parking fees to be paid to them prior to arrival by website link or when you arrive at the complex by scanning QR code. Website link will be sent after booking. These fees are in addition to any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. Parking Fees are Automobiles $23.33 per vehicle, Motorcycles $11.85 per motorcycle, and Boat Trailor Parking and Boat Dock Access $287.62. Due to limited space, authorization from STS Management is required prior to arrival for anyone bringing a boat on property. Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit in the gated area. Additional vehicles must also be registered, but must park outside of the gated area. Vehicles without this new digital permit will towed without warning.**

Spring Break

The house was super nice and clean, provided us with a lot of products to get us started. The owner was also very kind and very descriptive of what we had to do! Overall a super great stay and would come back!

A perfect vacation spot

Everything was great. The location is perfect. The beach was a short walk, much closer than we expected. So many things to do that are in walking distance. We didn't have to drive much, which is always nice. The place was clean and we were comfortable during our stay. We'll definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay for a last minute girls trip

My best friend and I happened to have time off that aligned for a quick drive to the beach. We booked at 10:30 pm on a Thursday and arrived Friday night. Checkin was very easy. Chad was super responsive when we called for the gate code, which was actually included in the welcome email— I just overlooked it. First level apartment that was within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Beach access points 22-24 were less than a 10 minute walk. Bars, go-karts, restaurants and amusement stuff was within a 15-20 minute walk. Loved having my morning coffee looking at the lagoon from the patio all kinds of wildlife! It was a minimal, affordable, lovely and enjoyable stay. 11/10 would stay again and again!
