Holy cow this place was great, especially near the holidays. The kids had their own rooms, the kitchen worked out great as did the grill in the backyard, but maybe the best part was the ease of walking into the historic district given how insane the traffic was. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The house served our purpose; however, with nine people more towels could have been provided. Also, we ran out of toilet paper. There was only one extra roll provide. Again wasn't enough for nine people. More coffee could have been provided as well. Otherwise the house was very suitable for our needs. Host was polite and responded to all my texts.

Overall the rental fit our needs- walking distance to Flagler and Night of Light Fesival, room for everyone, and open floor plan. But details of the house needed some attention: black mold growth in both bathrooms on the ceiling and air vents, soiled coffee cups, and unusable backyard (minimal grass and tarp covering), soiled front rocking chairs, and no tv’s in 3 other guest rooms (just in primary and living room). And soil carpet.

The house had pet hair everywhere, the carpets were stained, the dining room chairs are all stained, the closet door in one of the bedrooms is off the track and to top it all off it was a girls weekend and when we arrived the side door was totally unlocked. Oh and the towels were damp.i have stayed in so many rentals through VRBO and this is by far the worst. On top of that they will only give me a 50 credit because they say it’s clean. I have pictures and sent them to them
