Host was great, every time i had any questions, she responded immediately. The condo was super clean and quiet. The location was excellent, St Armand was less than a block away and the beach was 2 blocks. It was a great place to stay!

Great stay for the week. Elevator wasn’t working and door chain lock was broken on our door but overall had a great stay

I was communicating with Britney throughout our stay. She was always checking in with us to make sure we’re good. They left a very welcoming gift for us on our arrival. Thank you to Britney and Tropical Sands Accommodations for making our place to stay such a great place to be.

Kingston arms

Loved the location, the apartment, pool and jacuzzi were clean and other residents very nice. I will definitely go back. I had one problem that did not get fixed while I was there despite them sending two maintenance people to look. They said they try to get plumber but it didn’t happen while I was in need. I had 6 days of no warm/hot water so cold showers in am and after being at the beach were very very tough
