Welcome to sunny North Daytona Beach home of pristine beaches and fun for the entire family! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a spacious oceanfront 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms condo with direct beach access. Island Crowne is a private residential condo with exceptional amenities on the property.

Open the front door to breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean. Walk into the foyer and put your stress away because this condo has it all. The kitchen is bright and spacious with 42" cabinets and granite countertops. Walk out to the private balcony which extends across with large easy-sliding glass doors and relax.

The master suite is spacious with large windows to enjoy spectacular sunrise views. The master bath has his/her vanities, large Jacuzzi tub and an even larger shower with walk-in California closets.

All three bedrooms have king size beds, walk in closets and adjoining bathrooms with granite vanities and glass enclosed showers. Laundry room offers full-size washer, dryer and utility sink inside the condo.

Island Crowne offers luxurious amenities with an indoor fitness center, sauna, pool and hot tub. There is an indoor entertainment room overlooking the beach that includes a kitchen, flat screen TV, WIFI and bathroom facilities. Outside is pristine with resort-like landscaping, lots of decking, a gas BBQ grill, picnic tables and a beautiful pool overlooking the beach. There are clean restroom facilities poolside, showers and private beach access from the pool deck.

A full service shopping center is within walking distance including Publix . The Famous Daytona Beach Pier and Boardwalk is less than 2 miles from the condo for leisurely walk or bike ride. The pier features great family entertainment with outdoor concerts, fireworks, arcades, rides, boardwalk pizza and ice cream.

The Daytona International Speedway and Entertainment District is just a 15 minute drive with shopping at the Tangiers Outlet s.

Awesome condo with stunning views

The most wonderful apartment I’ve ever seen. Super clean, kitchen perfectly equipped, beds and bedding extremely comfortable and the views out of almost every room are just stunning. Really nice outdoor pool. Denise was so nice, great communication. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Condo

We so enjoyed our stay in Steve and Denise’s condo, which offered wonderful amenities and gorgeous views! The condo was spotless,(as was the entire building)and was one of the nicest condos we have ever rented! Believe me, you will not be disappointed if you book this condo!

Very clean and well appointed home

My parents and I stayed not to long ago and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and the complex well maintained. The pool area was great with easy access to the beach. Close to all of the activities at Daytona beach but yet far enough away that it did not interfere with our time relaxing. We will be back again!

Really couldn't ask for more! This condo is ideally located in Daytona right on the ocean, but you wouldn't know it once the door shuts behind you. Everything is perfectly maintained and the owners are super easy to talk to and help any way possible. We have rented many many times over the years in this area and you will not find a better place or have a better experience!

Beautiful inside and out

Has everything you could want the view is stunning birds so close you can almost touch them . Inside is spectacular , everything you need for cooking . Plenty closet space and bureau s . No waiting for the bathroom and the beds don’t break your back. Besides 2 pools and hot tubs there is plenty to do . We all loved it here . Amazing Views

Pictures don't do this condo justice! Incredible views, spacious, and extremely clean (I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was a 10/10). Our family of four had more than enough room to spread out...the living room sectional was a huge hit. This place is close to perfect! Denise was a great host and we can't wait to come back!

All you could ever want!

This is our second stay here and you can't ask for more. When looking off your balcony you feel like it's just you and the ocean but the location is super convenient to grocery stores, shopping and a ton of restaurants. The people that live in the building full time are very welcoming and you do not feel like you are a visitor. If you want a family getaway or a quick trip to get away I'm not sure you could find a perfect place!

Everything is thought out according to our well-being. The condo is spacious, very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. It is luxuriously and tastefully furnished. Wonderful condo with spectacular view

This condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There is a view of the ocean in almost every room. Bedding was comfortable as was seating in living room and dining room. Parking in the garage was an added bonus. We weren’t able to try out the amenities such as tge pool and hot tub areas but due to hurricane damage, they aren’t accessible. Tge owner does have beach chairs available to use. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I hope to be back!

Fantastic Views

We have been coming to Daytona for many years. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. I would give it 10 stars out of 5. It has incredible views from every room. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The power couches were a luxury. All the beds were so comfortable you did not want to get up in the morning except the incredible beach was calling. The location was fantastic on the drive beach, close to restaurants and shops. The condo was also very well maintained and spotless. The cleaning crew do an awesome job. We hope we can stay here again as we really do love the place.

March 2024 stay

I was extremely pleased with the condo. It was so clean and the three bedrooms had all access to a full bathroom. It had three balconies so you could always find sun or get out of wind. We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was not available but we used the inside pool and spa a lot. We were told prior to coming and we decided that the beach is so beautiful that we would not change our reservations because of the pool. When we left they were working on it so it will be ready soon. Thank you Denise we really enjoyed. Also Denise is such a lovely woman and answered any questions promptly.

Exceptional beauty, tranquility, comfort plus... a tropical slice of heaven!

Thank you Denise and Steve! Coming from the west coast to the Atlantic Ocean, I thought I needed to explore all of Daytona Beach. The only thing I wanted to explore was this gorgeous property. The view is breathtaking. Every night, I fell asleep to the beautiful sound of the waves breaking on the shore. Sunrise this morning was exceptional; sunset out the front door last night did not disappoint. Denise and Steve, you go above and beyond. Nothing is missing. The sunset bike ride was delightful. Body surfing this morning in the brisk Atlantic followed by the sweet Jacuzzi poolside...heaven. I can't wait to come back. MR

Back to Paradise

This was our second visit to the condo, except this time we returned with friends. We were really pleased to see that the condo was still beautifully furnished and kept in pristine condition. We love it here, it truly is a beautiful condo with every amenity you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. The location for us is fabulous, and the view from the balcony spectacular. We experienced some amazing sunrises and one evening the most picturesque hunters moon. The pool and hot tub are immaculately kept, and we enjoyed using the gym facilities too. This time we spoke with many of the residents and they were all very friendly and genuine. Would love to have returned next year but unfortunately the condo has already been booked, someone else fortunate to discover this little gem! Thank you Denise for your help and letting us store our surfboard in your lock up for the past year, it was very much appreciated. I am certain that we will be back in the future. Tim and Karen

Most relaxing, clean, comfortable vacation condo!

We’ve been vacationing in Daytona yearly for 15 years and this was our favorite Daytona Beach vacation condo yet. It was so clean & comfortable that it felt like we were the first to rent it. The apartment had all the comforts of home and made us feel like we didn’t need to do anything more than just BE THERE to enjoy our vacation. The pool area was never crowded. The outdoor grill was available & in good working order whenever we needed it. The piano/reading room was a wonderful place to relax as well. The indoor pool provided a nice option for those stormy days or to escape the heat. The fitness center had enough equipment & options that probably anyone could find a way to get a good workout in. The location on the beach was perfect for our tastes. Despite being next to a beach ramp, the beach was peaceful & had little traffic. It often felt like we had our own private beach! The apartment owner was prompt in her responses/communication with us & genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a wonderful stay. We hope to return & would highly recommend this condo & the whole rental experience here.

Island Crowne Condo exceeded our expectations

We have just experienced a relaxing and yet wonderfully active vacation at this beautiful condo. The beachfront location offers spectacular views that we never tired of. This Island Crowne condo is kept to a very high standard, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. We settled in quickly and instantly felt at home here. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. We particularly liked using the bikes for long rides along the beach, our son used the fishing rod and we made good use of the beach chairs and toys. The block itself is very well managed and the residents were extremely friendly. The communal areas were all maintained to a high standard, and often we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. It was never crowded and certainly always peaceful and relaxing. The owner of the condo was always attentive and our emails were answered promptly. We experienced no problems during our stay, our email communication was simply a courtesy to check that everything was satisfactory. This condo is certainly one of the nicest that we have stayed in, and we appreciated the use of the bikes, fishing rod and beach equipment. It is definitely worthy of a 5 star review, and as such we have already booked to return back next year.

It truly couldn’t have been any better!

This property offered more than we could have hoped for. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated/furnished, and the views are spectacular. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. The wrap-around balconies offer views east, west, and north. The vacant beach lot next door allows for unobstructed views to the north, which really is a bonus in Daytona. You can enjoy these views from every room in the property as well. The kitchen is gorgeous, and stocked with any appliance you’ll need (drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, etc). The owners also provide plenty of linens, beach towels, tissues, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergents, sponges, brushes, spices, utensils, and even Q-Tips! These niceties allow you to concentrate on your vacation, instead of shopping for necessities. The layout is perfect for 2 people, or more. The beachfront master bedroom has dual, spacious walk-in closets, a large bathroom with jetted tub, and walk in shower (with bench), and dual sinks. The guest bedrooms are spacious as well, each with private bath. All beds are King size. One of the guest bathroom showers has a large picture window offering the same views described above. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll never want to shower without a window again. TRULY SPECTACULAR! The spaciousness of the property separates the guest bedrooms quite a distance from the living area. We didn’t use them, but they seem so quiet, and private. The living area is so large that you feel as though you’re in a house, 8 floors up. The family room has an L-shaped leather reclining sofa that could probably seat 8 comfortably, and 2 other chairs, including a leather recliner. The views can be enjoyed from all of them. More benefits: Full size washer and dryer in a windowed laundry room with a view! Light dimmers in the living area. Wonderful ! All electronic entry to garage, building, and unit. Easy! High speed elevators (this can make a big difference). Seating on all balconies. A well stocked storage locker with beach necessities. Indoor and outdoor pools & spas, and a gym. Carts for luggage (stored on garage level) Publix Grocery and a Walgreens store 1/4 mile away. “Steve’s Famous Diner” a short walk across the street. Did I mention the views??? The owners are accessible, and anxious to make your stay perfect. I would highly recommend this property for couples, or families.

This place is amazing!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views, the location, the condo, the owners , everything! The condo was spotless when we arrived and it felt like we stepped into paradise when we opened the door. The location was perfect and so peaceful. Words aren’t enough to describe how much we love this place. The owners, Steve and Denise, were always available with any questions we had and even offered ideas for things to do and places to eat.
