The view is totally accurate. My son and I had a great time sitting on the balcony looking out and just listening to the water. The condo is quiet and close to the on-site restaurants and pools. Shawn is very nice and will answer any questions.The property is kept clean, and security/maintenance are on site to ensure everything is safe. The staff is friendly with a smile and hello. You can request a ride to the office in their golf carts if you need to catch a taxi. They will call a taxi for you, if needed, too!

We had a great stay at this villa! The pictures don’t do it justice, the view was amazing and felt very private. We enjoyed the location, very close to Red Hook and lots of great restaurants. Check in and communication with Shawn was very easy and quick. He left lots of great recommendations as well as chairs/snorkel gear/towels/cooler that made our beach trips so much better!

The view was amazing! We were able to keep the windows and sliding doors open all the time (except through the night) and not have to use the air conditioning throughout the day because the breeze was fantastic! The bed was a little firm for me, but that’s just a personal preference. There is one flight of stairs to the pool and another to the lower restaurant and bar. You might want to consider that if you have bad knees. Otherwise, the villa has everything you need for a relaxing vacation for one or two people. One last thing…Shawn was very efficient and easy to work with!

Everything was great! We have stayed in this unit many times…. I think this was stay number 5 in Shawns. Will continue to do so in the future when visiting St.Thomas. Shawn is always very quick to reply to any questions. Unit is clean and kept updated.

Spectacular location!

We spent a week at Pleasant Point Resort and found it to be a perfect spot. We visited locations all over the island and even when it was raining, it was so spectacular we simply paused and enjoyed the breathtaking setting we used as home base!

Beautiful stay with a breathtaking view!

We loved our stay. It was a piece of heaven. Lovedddd the beach on the property too. The Bushwhacker at the Sun and sea grill is to die for. Overall we had such a great time!

Excellent. Self Check in worked well. The resort is not fancy, but it is beautifully situated on the water, and our unit had a fabulous view. The sliding glass window out to the balcony made for lovely views, even from the bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed, and there were beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment, noodles and other beach items available. We especially loved walking down to the "Secret Beach," just steps from our unit. The Sand and Sea restaurant is a perfect casual bar/restaurant on the property. We had drinks and delicious food there several times during our week in Point Pleasant. The location of this property was nice for our trips to St. John and other St. Thomas beaches. We did have a rental car, and we never had a problem with parking near our unit. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing views

We loved our stay, the views were absolutely amazing, having all the info on the beaches and surrounding area given by the owner were very helpful in knowing what and were to go. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon.

Great spot

Having nice beach chairs and snorkel equipment was very handy. The view is beautiful, the room is just right for two, and the place was close to all the things without feeling touristy. Definitely rent a car - it gave us great freedom to explore all the beaches.

Slice of Heaven

My husband and I booked here for our honeymoon. It was everything we hoped for and more. The view is simply breathtaking and the unit was just as it was described by the host. The resort was very quiet and peaceful and it was a great place to relax and unwind after being on the beach all day! We highly recommend!

Best place to stay in St Thomas

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Point Pleasant. This location is so close to everything! Super convenient for taking the ferry to other islands, beautiful beaches, good restaurants all around, and sight seeing/hiking. The check in process was very easy. The house had everything you needed for the stay and beach trips. The host answered all our questions quickly. Our family will definitely keep this place on our list for the next visit to USVI. Thank you for a comfortable, memorable vacation!
