Wonderful Vacation Rental Townhome#48 Available for Rent at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! This beautiful townhome has an incredible location, only a few steps away from the Black Sand Beach on site!

Featuring 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful option for your Hawaii Vacation! Fully remodeled throughout, Air Conditioning in unit. This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill.

Queen Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom, & Queen Sized Bed in the Second Bedroom! Beach gear available for guests to use!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Fun stay

We had a great time staying at condo 48.The condo had everything we needed.Property manager was fast responding to questions about the condo.We really loved the tennis courts and played almost everyday.
