It’s a nice neighborhood close to downtown. We felt safe with our little dog. The neighbor has a friendly lab that came out to great us in the parking lot.

The building is beautiful and in a great location. The place was very clean and the hosts were incredible about responding quickly. Overall it was a great experience!

Nice apartment, within walking distance of restaurants, breweries, shops. Grocery store less than 1/4 mile away. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Very close to UAB hospitals and medical clinics, which we utilized several times. Apartment owner very responsive; any problems/questions handled very quickly.

Comfortable, great location

Spent a few days with friends and this location was perfect. The place was very nice and had everything we needed. I would stay here again for sure! Host was very attentive to any questuons. tquestions

Spend the extra money get something nicer

This is a very nice apartment with great potential but you have to do a lot of the work yourself. When I arrived you can tell the owner hadn’t been there since the last renter. Towels were not clean you have to wash them yourself. Bedding is from previous renters & you have to change it yourself luckily were able to find the new sheets & blankets they had stored. Trash not empty, various holes in the wall, wasp nest located on patio & front door had to buy wasp killer to get rid of both. Shower does not drain well once you finish showering the water is up to your ankles. Outside of apartment looks damn near abandoned you wouldn’t even believe the apartment could be that nice inside. Bring your own cream & sugar if you don’t drink straight black coffee they don’t provide either. But again it’s not the property itself that bad it’s the management if you’re interested in cleaning your entire place before settling in this place is perfect but I sadly am not one of those people. Included the few picture I did take but sadly there is things I forgot to take pictures of.
