Holiday Home "La Buganvilla", Magnificent villa 600 meters from the beach, has an attractive pool area fenced and is ideal for families with young children. The semi-tropical garden has palm trees and trees that provide shade in summer. It has a porch and barbecue. The interior has been decorated with much charm and rural character.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with double bed, 1 bath, fireplace, heating and satellite TV with Astra. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine.
Free WiFi Internet for weekly stays.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. Heating in living room and bedrooms.

Fall vacation

Our stay was due to the stormy wether conditions also and mostly indoors. Luckily the house was in perfect condition. Warm and very well equiped. We liked the personal contact to our host and enjoyed feeling like real guests. We were aloud to use the privat netflix account as we also enjoyed not finding everywhere written instructions. Das Ferienhaus von Adolfo hat keinen Wunsch frei gelassen, sehr schön angelegter Garten mit vielen Schattenmöglichkeiten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Conil. Grundstück rundherum gesichert, so dass unser Nachwuchs frei herumlaufen konnte. Pool durch Zaun bzw Tor gesichert. Schönes, kleines Anwesen zum Wohlfühlen

Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben in Adolfos Haus Anfang Oktober eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Adolfo war immer prompt. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster etc. Die Sitzplätze im Haus und auf der Terrasse sind sehr gemütlich. (Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer hat Queensize.) Es wird allerdings ein Auto benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Adolfo!

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes FH

Adolfo ist sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar, antwortet auf Fragen über WhatsApp umgehend. Die Beschreibung des Hauses und die Bilder entsprechen der Anzeige. Dadurch, dass das Haus am Ende einer sehr schmalen Sackgasse (ca. 3 m breit) liegt, ist die Toreinfahrt mit einem etwas größeren Fahrzeug aber insbesondere die rückwärtige Ausfahrt nicht ganz einfach und erfordert Übung/Rangieren. Leider stehen für Strand Ausflüge keine Stühle beziehungsweise auch kein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Da die meisten Urlauber wohl mit dem Flugzeug anreisen, schlage ich vor, dass Adolfo dieses Strand Equipment künftig bereitstellt. Der Garten selbst ist klein aber wunderschön. Tolle Pflanzen, grüner Rasen und natürlich der relativ große Pool. Jeden Freitag erscheinen hier 2-3 Gärtner und das unangemeldet Die sich um Rasen, Pool und Pflanzen kümmern. Ich wünsche mir, dass dies nach vorheriger Absprache geschieht und die Besucher in ihrer Intimsphäre nicht gestört werden.

I appreciate your suggestion, and I will evaluate the possibility of adding these items in the future to enhance the comfort of our guests. • Garden and pool maintenance: As mentioned in the email sent prior to your arrival, the gardening and maintenance team visits on Fridays to care for the lawn and clean the pool. Rundum gut

Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in ruhiger Umgebung im schönen Fuente de Gallo mit den Traumständen. Die Villa ist für entspannten Urlaub ideal gelegen, man braucht fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten zum Strand, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit Adolfo sehr professionell und auch die Serviceagentur hat gut gearbeitet. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Außendusche und der Pool sind echte Highlights. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses Haus.

100%ige Empfehlung, insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern

Wir haben im Mai 2023 wundervolle drei Wochen im Haus von Adolfo und Rocío verbringen dürfen. Auch wir haben die Bewertungen hier vorab gelesen. Und können uns nur mit den wärmstem und uneingeschränkten Empfehlungen anschließen: - Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich, bestens ausgestattet (Wohnbereiche, Küche inkl. Geräten, gute Matratzen, stabiles Internet, Smart TV, …) - der Garten super schön angelegt und der Pool sowieso ein Highlight (abgegrenzt durch einen Holzzaun, was nicht nur optisch nett gelöst ist, sondern vor allem aus Sicherheitsgründen absolut beruhigend - wir sind mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort gewesen und mussten keine Sorge haben, dass sie unbeaufsichtigt am Pool sein können). - die direkte Umgebung ist ruhig, fußläufig kann man Buchten und La Fontanilla erreichen, die schlichtweg perfekten Buchten von Roche mit dem Auto/Rad. - in Conil findet man Supermärkte, Apotheken, nette Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein kleines Stückchen weiter (ca. 15min mit dem Auto) ist aber insbesondere Vejer immer wieder einen Besuch wert, besonders abends. - Abschließend war auch der Kontakt und Austausch mit Adolfo unkompliziert, schnell, sehr verbindlich und freundlich. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, einen Ansprechpartner zu haben (ohne dass es notwendig gewesen wäre). Die Schlüsselübergabe war sogar etwas früher möglich, so dass wir an unserem Ankunftstag gar keine Wartezeit überbrücken mussten. 100%ige Empfehlung! Und herzlichen Dank an euch, Adolfo und Rocío!

Casa tranquila a las afueras de Conil

Nn líneas generales todo bastante bien. Buena localización, apartada para estar tranquilos pero cerca de las playas. Cocina completamente equipada, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El césped está bien cuidado y en el porche se está fresquito en los días que aprieta el calor, aunque te toque pelear con los insectos. Tiene amplio garaje y zona para tender. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido excelente.

Very nice, relaxing villa close to the beach

We spent 2 weeks in May at this beautiful location and villa near Conil de la Frontera. The house was definitely spacious enough for the 5 of us. The pool surrounded by a fence was also an advantage given our small child. The walk to the beach was not too long and once there, the walk along the sand beach to Conil was very enjoyable. Plenty of restaurant options. The area is great for cultural visits to the white hill towns, Sevilla, Jerez de la Frontera, and the nearby beach destinations. Highly recommended. Would return gladly to this villa and area of Spain again in the future.

RELAX Y CERCANIA A LA PLAYA

Hemos pasado 1 semana de Junio, y es una villa muy bien acondicionada para el relax, cerquita de las playas y del centro de conil. Limpieza, cuidado y equipamiento muy buenos. Muy adecuada para viajar con niños.

nos ha encantado la casa

La casa nos ha encantado, está muy coqueta puesta y no le falta un detalle, los niños han disfrutado mucho de la piscina, lo tenían todo súper limpio y súper cuidado, la urbanización Fuente del Gallo, que está cerca de la casa nos ha gustado mucho y su playa, ideal para ir con los niños, ya que está adaptada, y el restaurante de la urbanización nos gustó mucho, íbamos a cenar casi todas las noches. Sin duda repetiremos el año que viene.
