The main floor offers an eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is well-stocked making meal prep easy.
After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the 65 inch smart TV. There are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor.
The basement offers additional bedroom/bathroom and living space for relaxing and spreading out. It also offers a Foosball table, and another entertainment area.
The large fenced backyard hot tub and patio offer an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, a game of corn hole, grilling out, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no parties. No noise or loud conversation outside after dark. We do have an outside noise monitor device which does not record but will notify us if things get a little too rowdy. Exterior smart locks with cameras at front & side doors monitor driveway, yard, and gate; may briefly view entryway/living space if doors open. They record video/audio on motion or lock use. No indoor cameras.
Property and Pet Waiver is required prior to entry along with insurance purchase. Please let the host know if you are bringing your fur baby with you prior to booking.
Initial supplies provided for you, please replenish as needed for the duration of your stay.

When you arrive, the home will be fully stocked with essential supplies to get you started, including toilet paper, hand/dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, and similar items. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.

1.Minimum Monthly Clean: To ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the property, I require a minimum monthly cleaning service to be performed, at the guest's expense. Please note in the event you have a pet, the minimum monthly clean may be changed at my discretion to a more frequent schedule.
2.Utility Expenses: Your extended stay covers the cost of electricity, gas, water/sewer/trash removal, and internet. Please be aware that there is a combined cap of $350.00 per month for these expenses. If the total utility costs exceed the monthly cap, the additional amount will be the guest's responsibility.

Please collect all bathroom trash; please inspect and pick up any dog waste (for pet parents please) may have left at the front and backyards, and place trash into the big green bin outside.

We love this street & neighborhood, it is growing with the recently added Millcreek Common, shops & restaurants. It's quiet here, and yet it's so easy to access the highway, local parks, downtown, ski areas, and the university.
