Everything was nice just wish for the price you pay to stay there the hot tub should of been heated without us having to pay and the grill should of been include also in price with us not having to pay additional fees the gate to come in every one was having problems with it but other than that a good place to vacation water park was nice in the neighborhood

Great home base

Property is very much as described in the listing. Spacious first floor allowed for team meals throughout the week and competition. Pool was nice and well maintained.

needs new couch

overall house was nice and spacious, however no living room space. Couch was so small and low to the ground and kept coming apart. House needs better couch, couch upstairs was bigger than living area. Also was not informed at time of booking that club house was under construction and had to use sister clubhouse, which was nice just didn't like we had to drive 10-15 min to other one. Also couldn't enjoy hot tub first 2 days related to heater being broken. overall it was a nice house

Uncomfortable experience

The home looked as if was listed how ever the first night we couldn’t use two beds due to them being broken and the upstairs living room sofa. Common area living room furniture is low to the ground and small not very comfortable for adults. They really need to invest in better furniture.Then the following morning everything went from small to unbearable when we saw a mouse in the upstairs area then a roach in the kitchen. At this point my family and I had it! Maria the host did send someone to fix everything and and exterminator but it made us question how could house keeping not be aware of broken furniture if they were really cleaning or not notice mouse dropping or bugs? Then to compensate us the host promised yes to the grill and was suppose to have propane delivered on Wed when we prepared to grill out Thursday we realized they never deliver the propane so I reach out to the host at 4:30pm who says she reach out to the staff only for hours to pass I reach out again for her to tell me at 8pm they had a miss communication and will not be bring it until the following day which left me in a bind again looking for dinner replacement for 20 people. After all we’ve experience are only compensation was a sorry. Truly not worth the rate we paid. I’ve had better stays in FL.

House is very nice, clean and very roomy. For a group of 15, a few more large size cooking and baking pans would be nice. A 2nd fridge for this large of a home would be a tremendous plus. My 3 son's are all 6'3" and falling...their words.....into beds barely off the floor was uncomfortable for them but amount of towels, etc. was great. One BIG issue was the lack of instruction that the bar code is used on the back gate key pad. 2 evenings we sat in a line of over 25 cars to enter the gate because people had no clue that the digital pad also read the bar code. Overall, wonderful community clubhouse and pool. Great place to stay. Convenient to so many places to shop, eat and entertainment.
