Swimming, snorkeling, and other beach activities are just moments from your door. In addition to the pool and ocean, other outdoor features you'll get to enjoy include stretching out on the chaise lounge chairs, relaxing in the hot tub, or doing a little grilling at one of two BBQ areas. There's also a beachfront walkway that stretches several miles and makes the perfect setting for a stroll any time of the day. Desire outdoor dining? The oceanfront lanai is perfect for enjoying a meal with a view.

There's something extra special about the Mahana condos: the views. The living room offers panoramic ocean views via the floor-to-ceiling windows, an excellent feature if you love watching sailboats in the distance or want to see the sun dip below the horizon. The living area features a plush sofa that movie-watching dreams are made of, so feel free to have a seat, put your feet up, and turn on the 47-inch flat screen LCD TV. The sofa also converts into a queen bed. The side chair swivels allowing you to be part of the conversation in the living area or turn to view the ocean. Sliding doors open to the covered lanai creating an opportunity to let in the salty ocean air during a beautiful evening. Don't forget the snacks! The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience. Keurig and traditional coffee makers, blender plus rice cooker.

Whales arrive around December and leave about April, so get excited for whale watching! It's not uncommon during this time to see whale spouts and spot these magnificent animals leaping out of the water. Watch from the condo or take a whale watching boat tour from the local marina.

Quite a few eateries, including Duke's Beach House restaurant, are located nearby. Mahana is centrally located, just a short drive to a wide range of shops and restaurants, including those in Whalers Village.
Speaking of getting out and exploring the area, just some of the many activities you can do that are within close proximity include golfing, parasailing, jet skiing, zip-lining, going snorkeling at Molokini Crater, and attending luaus. You can also take a scenic drive to Hana and the Haleakala Crater, go on a hike along the Kapalua Coastal Trail or along the coastal boardwalk.
