The Space

This upper-level home combines comfort, natural light, and incredible views to create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.

Screened-In Porch
The highlight of the home and a guest favorite. This spacious porch overlooks the lake and features ample seating, an outdoor dining table, and a smart TV. It is the perfect place to relax, dine, or unwind without ever going inside.

Living Room
A large, comfortable seating area provides plenty of space to gather. The smart TV includes streaming apps, and a separate reading nook by the window offers a quiet place to relax. The newly functional gas fireplace allows for cozy mornings and evenings.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar are provided so you can start your stay without needing to shop right away.

King bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Outdoor and Lakefront Living

Private Dock
Walk directly down to the lake and enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or fishing from your private dock.

Water Access
Two kayaks and two paddleboards are available for guest use. Life jackets are provided.

Fire Pit
Located on a small point extending into the lake, the fire pit is ideal for relaxing evenings. Firewood and starters are included.

Outdoor Space
Each unit has its own gas grill, and a shared charcoal grill is also available. A pergola with swing seating offers another peaceful place to unwind.

Fishing
The lake is stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. Catfish may be kept; all other fish are catch and release.

Important Notes

This is the upper level of a split-level home. You have a private entrance and exclusive access to your living space with separate grills. The dock, boats, and fire pit are shared with the lower level.

Due to the natural slope of the property, stairs are required to access the lake. The path is well lit at night.

The gas fireplace is operational and can be controlled with a timer located next to the unit.

Per HOA guidelines, motorized boats are not available for guest use.
