The floor plan is spacious, ensuring quiet and private bedrooms. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We will send maintenance over to address the concern as quickly as possible. Since receiving your review we went and looked at the BBQ Grill. Since this grill is propane, our maintenance guy went and looked. The propane tank just needed to be turned on and there is a full tank in the garage should it ever run out. The BBQ Grill works perfectly and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Let us know if we can help with a future visit.

It was clean and felt like we were at home. We enjoyed the pool and the pickleball courts along with amazing hikes in Snow Canyon which is just a quick drive from the house.

The accommodations are clean and up to date, with plenty of comfortable beds, games for the kids, and big screen TVs for relaxing. The location is also great. There are pickle ball courts (with paddles and balls provided), a nice pool, and a hot tub just a short walk away. Snow Canyon is quick jaunt up the road, and St. George and all it has to offer is just a short drive the opposite direction. Book your stay here and enjoy the fun!

Unfortunately we were there when stone cutting was being done across the street, starting early in the morning, so it was distracting. But the condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.

Perfect Rental-But Noisy Neighbors

Unfortunately for us the thing that made it tough is it was some extremely noisy neighbors who partied I until about 2 AM. We lost sleep. Funny how loss of sleep affects you the next day. This unit is a middle unit between two other units. Also, you essentially share the outside deck. There is just a short little wall separating your side from the others. We didn’t use our deck due to some carrying on next to us. I guess this sort of thing can happen in a perfect place.

Loved how we could just walk to the pool! Large upper deck we could sit outside and enjoy the view. Easy check-in and checkout. Cooked a lot and it was a well equipped kitchen. We had a great vacation!
