Cozy, simple and laidback! Close to everything within a short drive, 10min to the beach and boat ramp, 5min from grocery store, only 14min to downtown. Surrounded by many local restaurants. Plenty of space outside with big gate, perfect for boat/ trailer/truck parking, great for pets and children to play outside while you enjoy your morning coffee seating on the front porch watching squirrels climbing the grapefruit tree. We offer 3 cozy bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements, including a queen bed, sofa bed, bunk bed, and twin beds. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, bidet, and hair dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this home, complete laundry, AC, WiFi. Dog crate available!
