Please note, this is a brand new building so some parts of the exterior may still be in progress and/or under construction. Noise may be possible. We have adjusted the price to reflect this.

Power outages are normal in Mexico and WIFI disruption may be impacted. They are not frequent but it is possible. It is beyond our control and host is not responsible. Thank you for understanding.
