Welcome to Black Bear Lodge, a great family-friendly home right on the beautiful Mascoma Lake! Our home encompasses the best of both summer and winter as we are located on the water and just minutes from Whaleback Mountain, Mount Sunapee, and an hour from Killington Ski Resort. Come make lifelong memories at this beautiful home; we would love to have you!

For all of you summer renters, this home is right on Mascoma Lake and we provide kayaks and pedal boats for guests to enjoy all summer long!
We have two living areas that you can enjoy, one on the first floor w/ a 60" TV and another in the basement with a 70" TV. With internet and cable in both rooms, you can always stay connected. A ping pong table is provided for you to enjoy as well!

My family purchased this home in the hopes of it being our permanent place to host our annual ski trips and summer trips. We hope you do the same and get to enjoy it as much as we would!
Why they chose this property
It has become an annual tradition that my family host a ski trip and every year we are renting a place on Homeaway. We figure it was time to invest in a home where we had the best of both worlds where we can ski in the winter and swim in the summer.
What makes this property unique
Mascoma Lake was a great option for us because it has no motor boat restrictions and we wanted the freedom of bringing in motor boats if we ever desired.
