This house was exactly what we needed for a group of 6. The house is well stocked plenty of kitchen items. Beds were comfortable lots of extra towels and blankets. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub tub location was perfect. Floating the Deschutes was a lot of fun. Check out smith rock state park and Tumalo falls. We would love come back and stay here again.

This is a great spot whether you’re coming as a large family or we had three couples and a single and it worked out great. The location is excellent and the backyard is sensational, especially for dogs.

We reserved this home for a girls’ weekend getaway. The home was exactly what we needed - plenty of common space inside and out. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and dinner together at the table. It could not have suited our needs better.

This was a great place to host my bachelorette / getting ready for my weekend. There was plenty of room for us to hang out together but also to have our quiet time. The backyard was beautiful and spacious. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but the cleaner came during our trip so that was good to see him taking care of the water. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items (although some things weren’t where they were labeled but not a big issue). The main bathroom was nice with the large tub and walk-in shower. I only knocked off one star because we had a few minor maintenance issues that took a few days to get resolved and the trundle bed was extremely uncomfortable. However, the rental company was quick to respond to my messages and the couches were comfortable so my friend could sleep on that instead of the bed. But I wouldn’t say that the trundle can sleep two people for comfort sake. The house number is a bit hidden so that was hard to find when we arrived at night, but the front porch is noticeable with its decor as long as the front lights are on. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, nice home

We stayed two nights with two adults and four older teenagers (15 - 19). The weather was mild so no concerns with the house climate. We used the barbeque once and the hot tub a couple times. Ample linens and kitchen utensils. Overall, it met our expectations well. We do recommend an upgrade on the mattresses. All of them. It is fine the couches and other furniture are moderately worn, but the mattresses really can define a stay. We do certainly recommend this property to stay at. We had a very good experience with the management service. We walked to the river several times. The location was great.

The location of the home was excellent. We could walk to coffee and parks and everything was a short drive. The space is larger than it appears in pictures. The beds are in need of an upgrade. We found them extremely uncomfortable. The bedding was not correctly sized for the bed. The cover barely covered the mattress. The home is in need of a few upgrades and a carpet cleaning. The shower heads spray wildly. The kitchen could use some logical organization. It is stocked with basic's. It is lacking measuring cups. We were not given enough supplies to run dishwasher or clean dishes. There is no garage access as suggested in photos. So we had to park bikes on back porch. The barbecue is nice and large. There is a children’s play structure in the backyard that was fun for grandkids.

There’s a general expectation for VRBOs these days and this one didn’t match it. I was telling myself a story that it was previously occupied by the owners who left and decided to VRBO it, but not invest to match guest expectations.The Good: - great area, quiet - superb dog walking trails- backyard was clean and nice views - hot tub was actually hot! - open floor planOppourtunties:- improve cleaning (there’s dust behind every bed, fans, corners, etc)- replace carpet, there are a number of very visible stains on the stairs and in bedrooms- paint, there is clear evidence of patches on walls so the new color doesn’t match the old- remove all the printed, instruction labels (they are everywhere including how to flush the toilet, turn on a light, don’t touch the blinds, …)- last, the downstairs toilet was duct taped to function, perhaps just fix it and not have visible duct tape
