This lovely house in Watertown offers 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, central heating, and a washing machine/dryer during your stay. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, along with a hair dryer for your comfort. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
This is a meticulously restored 1892 farm house with a blend of vintage charm & modern luxury,
Beautiful decor and well stocked in every way.
The Bathroom & laundry are located on the main floor. There is a Spacious & intimate living room with a 48” smart TV/ blue tooth.
Upstairs: Bedroom #1 has two Queen beds. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed & quiet workspace.
The Large yard much to offer in play space including a gas grill, fire pit, yard games, adult and children's bicycles.
We are a short 2 block walk to downtown Watertown w/ darling retail shops, a book store, a coffee shop and several great places to eat.
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway!

Location:
Vintage retreat is located in the quintessential town of Watertown, Minnesota. Just 23 miles West of downtown Minneapolis, and 28 miles from MSP Airport. Right on he Luce Line Trail in Carver County; we are conveniently 6 miles from Deleno, 7 miles from Mayer & St. Bonifacious. Just 15 minutes to Mound, Spring Park, Minnetrista and Waconia

* PLEASE NOTE. The stairs to second level bedrooms are quite steep so the home is not recommended for those with physical limitations or small children.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the main floor rooms, laundry, bath and upstairs bedrooms for their stay. Use of the single car manual door garage is allowed for a small fee and permission.

Other things to note:
Pets are not allowed on the furniture at all, and must be kenneled when left alone in the home. Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the guest and charged accordingly.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all of your trash, wipe down used surfaces and put garbage in trash behind the garage.
Used linens may be left in the bath tub unless actively wet, they should be hung on hooks in the bathroom.
Please return air conditioning to 74 degrees (or heat in winter to 68 degrees)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be mindful of the delicate septic system; flush only provided toilet paper(Scotts or Angel Soft). Hold handle for 3 seconds.
No pets on beds or furniture, thank you!
Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home. If odor is detected/present upon departure, an additional cleaning/deodorize fee will be charged.

This property was beautiful, quaint, and perfect for visiting our family. Very clean, easy to find, and comfortable beds. Perfect little house. The stairs are very steep if someone has any mobility issues, something to consider as the bedrooms are upstairs. Otherwise this was perfect for our stay.

It was as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. The location is on a busy street but we live near a busy road so it was no issue. The only restroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so you had to be careful on the steps in the middle of the night but it was well lit with motion lights. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Small Town Retreat

If you are looking for a charming, well-stocked VRBO that can host small get together, you have found your place!!! I cannot even begin to describe how perfect our stay was. We started our stay as fiancés and left as a married couple!! We had a lot of events going on during stay, and this place was PERFECT for hosting get togethers. We spent our rehearsal dinner enjoying the beautiful Minnesota weather while having everything we needed including glasses, plates, serving bowls, utensils, ironing boards, and a steamer! The morning or our wedding was spent with the bridal party getting ready around the kitchen island, table, and in the living room. Our photographers even used some of the perfect decor and vintage style to capture our detail photos.Overall, I would GLADLY stay at this rental house again. Communication with the host was easy and everything was truly, truly perfect!!
