Stop looking for other properties! They cannot be better than this one! We wanted to stay forever. The host is excellent with very clear and kind communication. The furniture, beds and amenities were above and beyond - we felt pampered at every turn. The amenities are 5 star, as is the incredible view amd the location. Great beachside bar (Iggis) and excellent restaurant (Mims) right nearby.

This place was AMAZING! Clean, spacious, perfect view for EVERY ROOM in the house. Well stocked. Choices for the pool is also very nice for kids. Mim’s and Iggie’s are all within walking distance and they’re such great places to eat/drink. Also walkable to bolongo bay beach. Each to get to different places by car as well. Rick is a fantastic host- very responsive and accommodating. We’ll be returning FOR SURE!

The best of Bolongo Bay!

This location is great, and the views are spectacular. Getting around from here was easy and was close proximity to all locations that we wanted to visit (Red Hook, Charlotte Amalie, Magens Bay) which made it an ideal location for someone wanting to explore. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was very spacious, well stocked, and was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The community it is located in felt very safe and we had zero concerns as a family staying at this location or even walking around the grounds at night. We have two daughters and utilized the pull-out bed in the living room, which was an upgraded air mattress. My youngest had zero complaints and said it was very comfortable. The Host was very helpful and was very responsive to any questions that we had. The unit had chairs, coolers, beach toys, which made it very nice to be able to explore the local beaches while giving your pocket book a break. If we were to travel back to St. Thomas, I would absolutely rebook this location without any hesitation!
