Thank you for your review, Vanessa. We are happy to know that you found our condo clean, with great amenities and comfortable beds. We are sorry to hear that you did not see the unit number shown on any of the rental agreement, the booked information (on the Vrbo site), the Welcome Guide (sent by Vrbo 3 days before your arrival) or the Arrival Information we sent to you on July 23rd with a map. We will do our very best in future to ensure that people are aware of our unit number and I thank you for pointing this out. I also apologise that the sargassum smell bothered you even though, as you pointed out, the condo does clean it up every morning. Mother Nature does get the best of us sometimes and we do all we can to keep it under control. We do notice that, since the groyne was installed near the dock at The Reef Resort, the sargassum is almost non-existent in front of the pools in front of the resort areas and I will mention it to our guests going forward when they are here during problem months. I will also ensure that more shampoos and are laid out for 6 guests as you were so that you have plenty at your disposal. We would have come over to replenish these if you had let us know. There is a basket of additional shampoos, toothbrushes, make up pads, etc. by the kitchen and I'll advise guests of this too. And thank you for letting others know that you found the grocery store across the street convenient. They have the same prices as the bigger stores so that is helpful.
