Just walking distance from the Plaza District, a short drive to the OKCU, Uptown 23rd St., Asian District, Paseo District & Downtown OKC. Quick access to I-235, I-40 & I-44.

The Neighborhood:
The house is walking distance from OKC's much loved Plaza District. Our beloved local Plaza District is located off NW 16 between Classen Blvd & Penn Ave. It is one of our neighborhood entertainment districts boasting OKC’s creativity and flavors. You will never get bored with our local food scene & bars in the Plaza. Ma Der Lao, Empire Slice House pizza, The Press, Aurora, The Mule, Pie Junkie, Saints, Roxy’s Ice Cream social, Oak & Ore, Up Down… Wandering along NW 16, you will notice that art has a huge significance in the Plaza District. Don’t forget to take pictures at The Plaza Walls and hashtag us #omegabnb on your social media to show off our city to your friends. Stop and check out unique stores like Bad Granny’s Bazaar, DNA Galleries, Solare, Thrive Mama...for unique collectibles, vintage clothing, home goods, fold art, fashion, skincare, CBD oil… Fitness buffs will adore the local yoga studios and centers. There are nearly a dozen different small galleries in the neighborhood. Even the sidewalks have been known to include a professional mural or two—often in chalk, but sometimes permanent. Getting around from the Plaza to other districts is super close: 5 mins to Midtown or Asian district, 7 mins to Paseo Arts District, 9 mins to Uptown 23rd, 10 mins to downtown.

PET POLICY: A maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. Great spot in the plaza district

We enjoyed being down the street from shops and dining. The place is super clean and decorated very well. It accommodated three couples extremely well. Highly recommend this home when in OKC.

This is an absolutely ADORABLE home with an extremely attentive, helpful, and caring host! Let me say that I felt like I could eat off of the floor, it was so pristinely clean. Not a bug or spot of dust in sight! Our group of girls felt absolutely secure in this private little home. The neighborhood is so perfect; we walked to the little district shops nightly to eat out, enjoying the lights and street art. Several to-knows: the mattresses are firm, which met our needs perfectly. There is construction across the street, but it doesn’t start until 8am; we all wear ear plugs to sleep, so I’m not sure that it would have been loud enough to bother anyone anyway. It also looks very near completion, so probably won’t be an issue much longer. Lastly, you might need to bring a hair dryer, as we were unable to locate one! There very well might have been one, we just didn’t want to bother the super kind host for the millionth time, and had one with us to share. Book this one—you definitely won’t regret it! A

Some new construction glitches to work out

Beautiful house. Excellent location. Great price. I think we must have been the first people to stay in this new listing. There was a plumbing problem and a problem with the HVAC upstairs that i think were just new construction issues that didn’t get discovered before our stay. It should be noted this is only a 2.5 bath not 3. And parking is limited. Yes there is a garage and a short narrow driveway but if you drive large SUVs or pickup trucks you may not fit. Would definitely stay here again.
