Other Things to Note:
We do not rent to locals.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the unit (a $500 deep cleaning fee applies for smoking in the unit)
• No group parties or gatherings allowed
• Must be 25 or older to rent
• You must also provide a copy of your drivers license and sign our rental agreement in order to book.
• Motorcycles allowed, but no golf carts or trailers
• A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations; travel insurance is recommended
• Elevator may occasionally be unavailable due to salt air affecting mechanical systems (please note: no refunds for elevator issues)
• Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
