I booked this place for my birthday weekend which was absolutely fantastic. The bedrooms are comfy. The atmosphere was perfect. The hot tub was most relaxing. The owner was ready to help with anything needed. The pictures and details for this cozy home were on point. I will be coming back to the area soon and will have to stay here again.
Stayed here for a concert at CMAC. Very close to the venue! The property was clean and had all the things needed for a stay! The outside bar and hot tub were amazing!

Tim is a great host. Reached out to me and made sure he explained where the cabin was and how to access the house. Ended up staying even longer because I was so comfortable and slept so good. Plan on staying there again. Wouldn’t hesitate to refer to anyone. Thanks Tim
We had to leave after the first night to find a hotel. Unfortunately everything we planned was in Canadaiuga and the only hotel was 40 minutes away in Victor. When we first got to the house we were excited for our long needed trip. We were looking for a place near canadaiuga with a hot tub. Nothing much more. When we got there the first thing we noticed was it was chilly in the house and the only heat source was a small garage or warehouse style wall mounted propane heater located directly inside the front door. There was another in the basement but it wouldn't turn on. The property also has a mini split on the wall in the living room. I messaged the owner about how to gain access on the heat from the mini split and he replied back that it isn't a heat source only AC. I could read the side of the mini split said heat output. After multiple messages back and forth the owner told the truth and said that he was worried about an electric bill and he would be over to turn the breaker back on for the unit so it would have power. (It was in the 50 and was getting down to the 30s it snowed 2 inches the morning we left NY) No big deal. We weren't looking for a hassle so we decided to make it work. We had dinner reservations and decided to get ready and go out. As we were getting ready we noticed the overall cleanliness of the house was not good. Extremely dusty ceiling fans, mold and food debris in the fridge. Final straw was the mild in the shower. It was gross. I could go on but

Great getaway for a fishing/hunting weekend. The log cabin construction and rustic woodwork made it feel like you were deep in the woods, but yet 10 minutes from Main Street. It will be fun to go back in warmer weather to enjoy the hot tub and the wraparound deck. Really nive property!
