Located in a quiet, low-density 8-story complex with covered parking and four elevators, you’ll enjoy uncrowded beaches and tranquility. Aquavista’s amenities include a pool, hot tub, and quick access to the beach!

Conveniently located across from Winn-Dixie, CVS, and local restaurants, and just minutes from Pier Park and City Pier. Nearby parks, including Conservation Park and Frank Brown Park, offer family-friendly activities like splash pads and playgrounds. For outdoor adventures, Camp Helen State Park and Cypress Spring are a short drive away.

Amazing Views

This unit is on the beach with views that can’t be beat. Plenty of space for a large family. Love the large outdoor balcony too! Only downfall was noise from the street.

It was a very nice place. It had a very “homey” feel to it. The only complaint I would have, is if you have a few people staying there, I wouldn’t count the pull out sofa as a place to sleep, because the mattress was very thin and not comfortable. That would be my only complaint. Everything else was perfect.

The mirrors gave the illusion of more space. A few minor hiccups but every time I called the property manager was on top of every issue from the bathroom door being locked to the reset of the router. The second bathroom wasn’t as clean but I did my own cleaning so other than that it was awesome!!
