Prickly Pearadise: 3-bedroom condo in Sedona with hot tubs, pool & tennis
Get ready to stargaze, relax, and enjoy the beauty of Sedona in this newly remodeled 3-bedroom home. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 queen pull-out sofa, and 2 full bathrooms, this spacious property is perfect for a group getaway. You'll have access to amenities like a seasonal pool (heated from late March to October 31), two year-round hot tubs, tennis & pickleball courts, in-unit laundry, 3 smart TVs, fast wi-fi, free EV charging, and a quiet balcony overlooking a park-like setting, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or for nighttime stargazing in this international dark sky community. The screen doors at the front entrance and balcony allow you to enjoy a refreshing breeze on a warm day.
A quiet, second-floor condo overlooking the tennis courts, this home features the largest 3-bedroom floor plan in Oak Creek Estados, with the added privacy of being a quiet corner unit and with no two bedrooms adjoining for sound control. As this is a second-floor condo without an elevator, please note that there are steps to access the home.
The master bedroom suite features its own Hollywood-style bathroom (toilet/shower separated by a door from the sink) and features free in-suite laundry and ample closet space. A king-size bed provides a great night's sleep, and blackout curtains let you sleep in comfortably. This room also features a smart TV.
The second bedroom also features a king size bed with two large windows with blackout curtains and is equipped with a TV.
The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and has one blackout-curtain equipped window.
The perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Sedona, the living room features vaulted ceilings, has ample seating, and a 65" smart TV. Note, we do not have cable television at this property, but guests can log into their own accounts on Netflix, Hulu, etc., watch the free options on Roku, or watch a movie with our DVD player.
The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs (this is our home when we're in town, so you'll find it more generously stocked than is typical), and a grocery store is a 2-3 minute walk away. The condo also includes a dining table for a cozy meal at home. Should you prefer to eat out, the area is extremely walkable and safe. From this prime location, you can visit any number of places in the newly remodeled area within a 10-minute walk: pizza restaurants, ice cream, sushi, Mexican, bistro, wine, coffee shops, and much more.
The pool is heated from late March until October 31, while the 2 hot tubs are heated and available year-round. Two tennis courts, one of which is also set up for pickleball, are located close by for guests to use.
We offer free EV charging to all of our guests, but the free charger is about a 5-7 minute walk away, off-site. It's a J1772 Class 2 charger, and you can park at it overnight. We own the charger. Closer paid public Level 3 chargers for Tesla and Rivian are available at the south edge of the property in the newly redesigned Sedona Collective, which is a safe and easy 2-3 minute walk away.
As most people visiting Sedona are excited to explore the beautiful red rocks, we also include a Red Rock Parking Pass for free parking at the local trailheads. Iconic trails such as Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Baldwin trails, as well as quieter but equally beautiful spots like Sedona Caves and the Transept Trail, are all within a few miles of the condo, while accessing the trail systems in Uptown and West Sedona is an easy 20-minute drive.
Free parking is included for guests. We have a single carport for private covered parking that guests can use. Additional vehicles can be parked in the ample open parking lots around the property.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, many of our guests come to relax and enjoy the serenity of Sedona, so we are a strictly no-party rental and quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. This unit is also our personal home when we are in town, so we have many extra amenities we share with you that you won't find in other rental properties, so please treat it with the respect you'd treat your own home!
We supply a red rock parking pass and EV charging card for our guests to use. If either card is not returned at check-out, a replacement fee applies. If the pool/tennis access card is lost, the HOA charges a $150 replacement fee (we do not set this fee). It is not possible to mail these items back, as we replace them immediately if needed so our next guests have access to them.
Our property is smoke-free, including on the balcony, and we do not allow pets. Finally, unapproved late checkouts will be assessed a minimum $100 fee if our cleaners are waiting for access after 10am. They work very hard to ensure you enjoy a sparkling clean stay, so thank you for your cooperation!

The location is great, and the condo is spacious. We had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were lovely. David communicated with us when one of the hot tubs was being fixed (we could still use the other one). We would definitely stay there again.

Very happy you enjoyed your stay, and I’d love to have you back!
Just perfect! Comfortable beds & furniture, stocked kitchen, fantastic location, and great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts between hikes & cliff jumping. Host is helpful and knowledgeable, allowing us to maximize our time in Sedona. Highly recommended booking this condo!
This was the perfect spot for my two sisters and I on our annual Sister trip. It was well located, close to Sedona where we enjoyed all that the area has to offer. Each of us had our own spacious bedroom, and the two big bathrooms were very adequate for our group. I would love to stay here again someday.
Very clean and lovely. The hosts went out of their way to ensure that our stay was very comfortable. The pool is refreshing and cool; the entire grounds are tranquil. No cons, but perhaps a “hitch” was that the sofa bed was not sleepable. The mattress is very thin and the bars from the frame protrude in a way that my old(er) body couldn’t handle. The third bedroom was quite warm which was strange because the temperature throughout the condo was very cool and comfortable. There was a standing fan but it unfortunately didn’t work. So, the sofa bed and third bedroom were not really an option. The four of us doubled up in the two King beds which were extremely comfortable, so it turned out to be fine for us. Despite those two hiccups, we would stay here again. The check out process was easy and clear. We really did enjoy our stay here, and I would recommend it.
Our family enjoyed the stay at this property. It was well equipped, very clean, and the owners were the most organized owners of all the VRBO properties we have rented. We would definitely rent this property again when we are in the area.
The property was wonderful. Loved the location, especially being across from the grocery store for last minute items. It was close enough to town, without all the crowds. Quiet and peaceful.
The condo was clean and was well supplied with everything we could possibly need for our stay. David was a great host who responded quickly to questions/requests and recommended an ATV tour our 18 and 20 year-old sons loved. The location was great. We could walk to many restaurants and a friendly grocery store was just across the street. Trailheads were an easy drive. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we return to Sedona.
Excellent stay! The host’s communication was prompt and clear for an easy check-in and the condo was well stocked with everything we could need, including comfortable beds. The condo was clean and well-maintained and the pool was relaxing and not too busy. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again and I highly recommend!
Our overall experience was excellent! We loved having the Red Rock Park access, pool time, and pickle ball. We were with in walking distance to shops, grocery store, and dining. The area is gorgeous! Lots to do with comfortable and convenient rental!
The laundry availability was very convenient. The kitchen supplies were nice but didn't leave much room for the weeks supply of groceries we brought with us. We just filled the counter top.My family loved the unit and all the close conveniences.Thank you. Hopefully we'll see you again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Loved that there are two king beds. Laundry was great. Kitchen well stocked. Games, pickleball paddles, and even a parking pass. It felt nice to come home here after a day out instead of to a small hotel room. The host, David, was the best VRBO host I have ever dealt with. Crazy fast in responding to any question I had. He was also very helpful with providing information about the area. I absolutely loved Sedona and hope to return there someday soon.
David was friendly and quick to respond. The property was well decorated, very clean and organized. The location was perfect. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.
My wife Julie and I chose Sedona for our second home (when we’re not freezing to death in Wisconsin!), and we’re delighted to share our town with you! We enjoy interacting and learning from our guests, and love introducing them to the joys Sedona has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Sedona has been called “the most beautiful place on Earth” and for good reason. The red rock formations found throughout Sedona offer something for everyone: a tranquil place to reflect, beautiful hiking, world-class mountain biking, and challenging rock climbing. Sedona is so close to my heart that I even wrote and published a travel guide to the area! We chose the Village of Oak Creek section of Sedona because it offers all the amenities of Uptown and West Sedona, but without the traffic jams & crowds. It is a peaceful, quiet area where often the only noise you hear as you’re falling asleep is the howling of coyotes. At the same time, the Village boasts art galleries, shopping, a plethora of restaurants, bars, wine tasting, groceries, and much more.
What makes this property unique
The home is ideally located and has a host of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a pool, two hot tubs, and tennis & pickleball courts. It’s my approach to hosting that really sets it apart though. After all, there are many great homes, but great hosts are much harder to find. My goal is to provide a home that is always cozy and convenient. You’ll find a kitchen stocked with more dishes, pots, and gadgets than you’ll ever need, dimmable lighting throughout, and plenty of extras that most hosts don’t provide: tennis & pickleball rackets, a cooler, headlamps, free EV charging, children’s books & dishes, and a Red Rock parking pass for free trailhead parking in the area. I’m also always available to answer any questions you have, either about the condo or the area in general, and always respond as quickly as possible. I love introducing guests to this beautiful area and want their stay to be as wonderful and memorable as possible.
