The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Trash goes on the curb Tuesday and comes back in Wednesday.

All towels go in the laundry room, and linen stripped and stays on the bed.

Do not leave any dishes in the sink, and no pets on the furniture.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Place all the used towels in the laundry room basket and leave the linens on the bed.

Throw away all bagged trash in the trash can in the garage, and place the trash can curbside Tuesday night. Return the can to the garage Wed night.

Turn off all lights and water when not in used and when leaving.

Host was great to work with. Has great and easy communication. The home was clean and easy drive to the beach access. Beds were very comfortable and it’s a beautiful home!! Nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend. It was a big plus that we were able to bring our Labrador with us as well.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was immaculate—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The décor was nicely minimal, giving it a calm, airy feel that perfectly suited the beach vibe. It was conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to the beach. Everything about it made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay. Clean house in a nice neighborhood. Beds are super comfortable. Every amenity is in the house and it was very nice. Close to several grocery stores. No complaints whatsoever.

Great home and location

The home and location was great, convenient to the beach and stores. I would stay here again! The only thing I have as a negative was the kitchen supplies. There definitely needs to be more silverware.

The house was just as advertised online. New and clean! I saw earlier reviews about it not being stocked, but that has definitely been remedied. We cooked multiple meals there without a problem for my family of four.

Great house great location. We purchased glasses for the property so other guests could enjoy. One thing. No toilet paper or garbage bags to refill.

Cons: cleanliness (sweatshirt in couch from previous visitors, glasses wipe/cloth in couch, bottle of soap on floor, toenail clippings in living room carpet, someone else’s hair claw clip left in a bedroom).The cleaning person was in the home 45 min past our check in time, and wasn’t done cleaning/doing the laundry before leaving. Supplies: only 3 spoons for a place that sleeps up to 8, no dish sponges to wash individual supplies between dishwasher loadsPros: space Proximity to various beaches Quiet communityGarage access Travel size hygiene supplies available Washer and dryer
