Location is everything! Our top floor Condo is located in the beautiful Shores Resort on Grand Traverse East Bay. It's just a short walk to enjoy the 600' of beach frontage. Close enough to Traverse City to ride your bike down the TART Trail to downtown Traverse City and yet completely out of the traffic. Take advantage of the local award winning wineries, the VASA, the beaches, the Grand Traverse Bay, the incredible eateries, or the fantastic golf courses right down the road at The Grand Traverse Resort. We are in the middle of everything Northern Michigan has to offer.

Winery tours, Micro-brews, cherry, apple, and blue berry picking, casinos, water sports, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, shopping, foodie stops, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Sleeping Bear dunes, and festivals almost every weekend during the summer months. Some just decide to relax on their balcony or on the beach and enjoy their favorite drink.

The Following Items Are Provided: 42" Flat Screen TV, Cable Service including HBO, Wifi, Air Conditioning, Queen size Couch With Hide-a-bed, Over-sized chair, Plates, Glasses, Silverware, Garbage Bags, Microwave, Toaster, Stove Top, Refrigerator & freezer, Pots/pans, Can Opener, Cork Remover, Coffee Maker, Coffee, Coffee Filters, Hairdryer, (4) Bath Towels, (4) Hand Towels, (4) Wash Clothes, Napkins, Facial Tissue, Hand Soap, Dish Washing Liquid, Vacuum Cleaner, Cleaning Products, full snack bar with 4 bar stools, Armoire, Deck Table and 2 Chairs.
In the bedroom a 40" flat screen Smart TV cable TV including HBO, queen size bed, closet, additional pillows, alarm clock, dresser, two side tables, and a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please move garbage to the garbage bin in the parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Towels provided are not to be used to remove make up. Guest is to provide own make up removal agent.
Please leave the Condo as you found it. Meaning all garbage taken out and put in the proper container. Front door shut and locked.
If above rules are not followed, guest will be charged accordingly.

Great Place on the beach.

The condo was clean and in an easy location. Our only complaint is the beds were a little uncomfortable. Just a short walk to a clean private beach. Will hopefully stay there again.

Host was welcoming. Site was available as advertised. Host was accessible responsive. I t was a nice place to stay.TV was the easiest to use we've had in this location, and others in the past couple years. Streaming is not useful. Most difficult was the 3rd floor location. We can manage now. Hoepfully in a couple years. Would be good to know it is a 3rd floor location upfront. Overall, we like the location and the place. I would recommend it.

Williamsburg Condo Stay

Everything was as described and it was very clean and organized. I especially was happy that I could cook, wash clothes, do dishes, etc. Barry was an excellent communicator and made me feel welcome. Very enjoyable experience. I’m looking forward to next year to stay there. Oh and so close to the beach. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great Location!

We had a great stay in the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, including the sofa bed. The location was perfect for us and it was quiet. We loved being close to the bay. Highly recommend.

Close to beach condo

Condo is a great location just steps away from Lake Michigan. Love the access to the beach. Went to pool since my partners parents are club members but technically not included with this condo. Decor is slightly outdated and could use some updates. Pictures were accurate so we knew in advance. We had issue with the water smell and notified owner.

Definitely could use a good clean, streaks on mirrors, sand and dirt all over the washer, finger prints all over the cupboards, left over old ice. Outdoor tables were dirty.Bedding was great, main bed was very comfortable. The pullout was very nice but could be replaced as it sinks in the middle. Not enough big towels or TP but we appreciated the shampoo and conditioner. The body wash should be replaced as it was separated. As well as the soap dispensers were rusty. Overall I give this a 4 star because you can tell the effort in items for convenience were there! Like sandbox toys, dishware etc. It's a little walk to the beach but it was a great location. New cleaning service is definitely needed but if that changed, overall it was great! Great communication and very friendly!

You get EXACTLY what is listed

This place was exactly as listed, down to the number of towels and pillows provided and the check in time. The check in process was a little frustrating. We had asked for an early check in and were told that we would most likely be able to check in by 1pm. We did not get the text that it was ready until 3pm. I wish he would have told us that they would be unable to provide an early check in rather than trying to make it appear that they are accommodating. The space itself is very nice. It feels like a hotel. The beach access is nice and the community is more residential than touristy. There really was nothing wrong with it, they just won’t be able to accommodate any kind of change or addition.

Perfect little get away!

Cute little place, very clean, and a nice bathroom (always my pet peeve, this one is GOOD!) No cons, only some minor inconveniences: - Pool was closed, not sure if because of Covid or what -Beach area patio is for members of the hotel. Chairs in sand are first come, first serve. May want to take a chair to be safe you get one! And people nab them quick! -Bed is super uncomfortable. All in all - great place. Cute, quaint, clean, and close to everything. I definitely plan to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The listing says that it sleeps 6 but there is only 1 queen bed and a full size couch pullout. Luckily we only had four (one being a toddler) and we fit comfortably.

This is not a "beachfront property" as advertised, it has a wooded view with a small narrow deck. The sunset picture and picture of the pool are not taken from the unit itself. You need to walk to the beach to see the pool and sunset which is close by but not visible from unit. Some of the buildings are beachfront but this building is NOT beachfront. This was disappointing as was one of main reasons I booked it and paid more than I would have for a standard hotel. The unit was very clean though and comfortable, but small. The shower really could use one of those curved shower curtains to allow more elbow room as it is quite tight in there. Also a toaster and oven would have been nice! We could not find a toaster.

It would be very tight quarters for four adults, this is a 2 person property. There was no duvet cover on the bed just a comforter, I wonder how often it is changed? I wouldn't rent this again.

I'm very confused by the review. Past guests continue to write glowing comments about this Condo. Guests have come back not once but a couple times during the year because they enjoy their stay so much. The Condo is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV in the Bedroom and a flat screen TV in the living room. Very updated. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Most of the guests that stay in this condo are parties of 2-4. As past reviews have shown, guests have been very happy with their accommodations. The cleanliness of the condo is top notch, again as previous guests have mentioned. The comforter is swapped out with a freshly washed comforter after each of my guests depart. I normally do not reply to my guests reviews because everyone has a right to their opinion, but this review was very confusing.

We so loved our time in this condo! It was perfect for our little family of three. It was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The balcony was lovely to sit among all the trees and nature. The beach was perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The location could NOT have been better. Perfect! My Wife and I owned a studio condo in The Shores Resort. When we were not spending time in it we would rent it. We had such a positive experience, we bought another larger Condo in The Shores Resort. This one is a one bedroom. Both are top floor Condos in fantastic condition.
We live in Traverse City with our two children that are now graduated. We have lived in Northern Michigan for over 30 years. We fell in love with the absolute beauty of Northern Michigan and decided this is the place to settle and raise a family. My wife and I also own a hospitality business in Northern Michigan.

Why they chose this property

There is always a reason to visit Northern Michigan. We enjoy the Condos but also enjoy renting them to others to enjoy Northern Michigan. Our Condos are located in a perfect position of being in the middle of everything. I mean the Grand Traverse Bay is just steps from your Condo. The Grand Traverse Resort less than a mile down the road. Downtown Traverse City is just a bike ride down the TART Trail. It's just fantastic.

What makes this property unique

Some unique benefits that come with our Condos: The keyless entry. No more losing your key card or worrying whether you are coming in to late. Third floor views with no one above you making noise. Our prices are out the door, meaning no additional surprise charges that some hotels charge. Speaking of prices, we try to price our Condos on the low side, to be affordable.
