Shopping near by,doctor offices, hair dressers, everything you need all within 3 miles.National Sea Shore is down the road,amazing natural beach. There are few beach chairs,rake,cooler for your use.Rake may come in handy.Clean your area free of seaweed, debris that washes up. Beach towels provided.Also plush bath towels after shower ( not beach use)shampoo,conditioner,lotion,hair dryer,iron,washer & dryer. There is no or lil to no crime. You can walk around all night & still feel safe. Assigned parking, washer & dryer in my unit which is located on bottom floor.,

What makes this property unique

Property is unique because I offer a lot of extra’s management companies don’t provide., .properties don’t put in the condos. You have a popcorn popper. You have a waffle maker. You got blenders everything to enjoy your time right here.please make sure you clean after each use! Enjoy! just a hop skipping jumping you’re in the water. And to make it easier I have the best shower in the world for when you get back in a washer and dryer inside the unit to make your life a little bit easier. All the comfort of home and more. The pool and spa has been converted over to a salt water, which is much better for your skin and no it does not leave you. The salty feeling is also heated during the winter time..
