Spacious an immaculate condo

I stayed the month of January 2013 and enjoyed it immensely. The condo was like new, clean and spacious, in a quiet area while still on a main thoroughfare. Close to shopping and golf. Also near route 75. I enjoyed the area as well as the condo as it was a short drive to the downtown area and also to Punta Gorda. Highest recommendation and I will hopefully return next year.

We look forward to one day retiring to this property, but in the meantime we are offering it to others to enjoy. We are a family of 15. We have 4 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

The Port Charlotte area was recommended to us by a co-worker. When we visited the area, we really liked the area and the people. The people are friendly, the location is convenient to so many sites, and the area has been listed as one of the top places to retire.

What makes this property unique

We loved the community in which the condo is located. It is a small community which offers a friendly atmosphere and amenities equal to much larger properties. With the unit on the 3rd floor, there were really nice views from the lanai and it was unique in having an outside elevator to access the third floor. (Yeah, no climbing stairs!)
