This centrally located, fully renovated 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo offers modern comfort across three spacious floors and is conveniently situated right on the shuttle route for both summer and winter adventures. The bright, open living area features brand-new furnishings and fixtures, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an impressive 75-inch flat-screen TV—ideal for relaxing movie nights after a day outdoors. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully updated kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for cooking, gathering, and entertaining. Both private bedrooms offer luxurious King beds, 32-inch TVs, and stylish updated finishes, creating peaceful retreats for a restful night’s sleep. The third sleeping space is an open loft featuring two sets of bunk beds with a Twin over Queen, and twin over twin, perfect for the kids or single adults. With an additional bonus loft den adding more flexible living space and featuring a 65-inch TV, making it perfect for movie nights after skiing or hiking, as well as for kids or additional guests. The loft also includes its own comfortable seating area for relaxing, includes sofa bed. Both bathrooms are full baths with walk-in tiled showers. For added convenience, the condo is equipped with a brand-new in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays and outdoor adventures even more comfortable. The St. Moritz complex provides fantastic shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and spa, plus a clubhouse with ping-pong, pool table, and air hockey. During the summer months, guests can enjoy public gas grills and picnic areas throughout the complex. As an added bonus, all guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, which includes an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, and a variety of classes such as yoga, Pilates, and cycling. Nice layout

The condo is in a nice area and the floor plan was perfect for family + friends. The heaters in the downstairs don’t work well. The appliances are all extremely dated.

Wonderful, comfy home

We absolutely loved our time in this condo. It was well stocked, nicely updated and quiet. What else could you ask for? Oh, and the balcony is small, but has a good view of the pool and surrounding buildings and area. Out the front door (which is actually on the second floor - a condo is below) are beautiful pine trees (if I remember correctly) and a lovely breeze flows thru the unit with the windows open. I'd gladly rent it again! Also it is walking distance to some restaurants and shops.

Perfect Mammoth Kids Trip

The bunk room was filled w our tween & friends, the 2nd bedroom perfect for the teen and his friends & we were downstairs. It's not so nice that you feel like you will mess it up but it has all you need. We were in heaven. Free Shuttle stop is right next to it so you don't even have to drive anywhere. It's close to everything and beds super comfortable. Could not ask for more!!

As previous reviews mentioned the burners on oven do not work, and neither did the oven. But this place had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and was overall a nice place to stay. The best part for me was the location, it is centrally located and everything you need is only a few minutes walk or drive away. This unit has no washer/dryer so bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry, they do have a few on site.

It is obvious the owner takes no pride in ownership and is greedy to collect the rent with no updates or improvements from the original construction date. Very surprise your management company would stop so low to represent such a landlord.

Worst Stay Ever

I will never book with the company again. When you walk in, it smells horrible like mold mixed with never being aired out. The carpet and walls were dirty and gross. The fridge is super old and took 2 days to be cold enough for our food. The downstairs bedroom smelt strongly of mold and the bathroom across the hall had several issues including no cold water from the faucet only scaulding hot and the shower head kept falling off. As you go up the stairs the railing was VERY loose and dangerous. The upstairs bathroom faucet sprayed all over. None of the windows opened properly or all the way which was awful because is was terribly hot all throughout the house. There weren't even any fans let alone an AC. It was 85-90° upstairs which made sleeping impossible. The free Wi-Fi was non-existent. They lied about the free gym access and they wanted $30 per day to go. To top it all off, there were bugs in one of the bunkbeds; so gross.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a sofa with sticky stains on it and a dirty sock in the couch. The skillet handles are about to fall off. One pan is so warped it can’t be used for frying. There was no internet or tv. They brought a hot spot that didn’t work. We had a college student with us who had to go somewhere for Wi-Fi every day. There’s a failed carpet seam under the doorway to the stairs. I twisted my knee tripping on this. I heard no response back about the carpet. 2 of us got nasty spider bites. Mine is still red after a week. They claim there’s no flexibility on early check in so they have time to clean. After the dirty sock and stained couch I doubt they’re very thorough with cleaning. The answering service/ customer service showed little concern our kid was behind on studies due to no Wi-Fi.

You get what you pay for

The unit is very basic, it’s old and hasn’t ever been updated. If you are looking for a bed for a night it’s fine but there are probably better units out there.

Reviewer Comments: When reading reviews I thought people who were critical were just too uppity. They were not. Lots of things wrong with this condo: only two burners on stove worked and it took a lot to get them to work, lights didn't work on stove so you didn't know what was on, no temperature on oven. Power went out an hour before we left in the morning. Jacuzzi has been broken for 3 months and isn't due to be repaired until the summer (this should have been advertised as it didn't just happen). Lamps in condo, 1/2 didn't work as they were broken. Walls weren't just work, they were filthy and likely hadn't been painted in years. Lots of pots, mix-matched, without matching lids. Dishwasher beeped nonstop and we had to unplug it under the sink to get the beeping to stop. The outdoor lights outside of the condo are so bright that both bedrooms looked like it was daylight all night. Need blackout curtains as they are so bright.

St. Moritz #64 Review

Living room is pretty narrow so difficult for two people to pass each other. Kitchen was ok size but the back two burners did not work so we had to cook with the two front ones. Refrigerator was nice and clean and so was the kitchen but the kitchen floor was dirty. When we dropped something, we used a wet paper towel to pick it up and noticed how dirty the paper towel was. The larger bedrooms were nice but the one with the bunk beds and futon was quite small. It did sleep five people but too small for all of us. The bathroom upstairs was rather small. Overall it was an ok place to stay but would have rather spend more money for a larger/nicer place.

Summer weekend getaway

This unit is in desperate need of an update!!! Everything is VERY OLD and VERY dingy. The carpet is stained, the couch smells like urine in the corner section, the drinking cups are so old and stained, we didn't even want to use them. The toaster doesn't work, all appliances (including can opener, stove, pans) are probably from the 1960s...no exaggeration. The forks are so bent, they are useless. Can opener wouldn't even open a can because it was so rusty and dull. There is a large crack that goes all the way up the living room wall. The faucets leak. The toilets are very slow to flush. Needs a coat of paint in the worst possible way. The upstairs bedroom with the four beds has no ventilation, no fan, no windows and was very hot. Maybe put a fan in the unit since there is no AC! There are no screens on any windows so you get bugs flying in, but you need windows open because of the heat. VRBO should inspect these units before allowing them to be on their site to meet minimum aesthetic guidelines. Also, we got a citation because the parking pass wasn't the "right" type. We were told to contact the management company to get the proper pass. Since they aren't even on site, we just took our chance that we wouldn't be towed, but it was an added stress for us. I am leaving such a detailed review because when I booked, all I saw were positive reviews, which seems very fishy. Also, there's a review about a balcony and it being on the second floor, and that is inaccurate, which leads me to believe the reviews are untruthful and don't apply to this unit at all.

When we asked for some minor repairs and a few extra amenities (a broom and some hangers), Mammoth Sierra Reservation sent someone over that day! We're already thinking towards a 2020 stay!
