This was a great little home which really improved our stay in Galesburg! We happen to meet the host and her husband at the grocery store and they’re very welcoming people. Would definitely recommend this to anybody and I already have it’s coming to Galesburg.

We feel so lucky to have had such a fantastic landing pad for dropping our freshman off at college. The house was in a great location (equadistant between Knox and Target lol!), very well laid out, and extremely clean. Bonus was the backyard and deck, so beautiful. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and Cindy kept in the perfect amount of touch!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was as described, and nice and clean. Communication with the host was great. We were very comfortable. Whether you are returning home for a visit or new to the area, this is the home to book. It is everything that is good and special about Galesburg. The home is warm and thoughtfully furnished, the neighborhood is quiet and charming and historic, and so close to much that Galesburg has to offer. The hosts are thoughtful and helpful when needed. This was the most relaxing trip I’ve had in a long time. I truly felt like I was home. Will be rebooking every time I come back.

This home was spotless, well‑kept, and incredibly comfortable. The host went above and beyond—she even had her husband come by to shovel the snow from the porch and walkway so my 84‑year‑old father could get in and out safely. That kind of care is rare and so appreciated.The property itself is cozy, welcoming, and perfectly located. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, making it an easy place to relax and feel at home.I highly recommend this stay and truly hope to return.
