Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!!

Roaches everywhere. The property was extremely unsanitary and poorly maintained. There was also a heavily rusted bed frame, so make sure your tetanus shot is up to date.To make matters worse, my daughter and I ended up with a head lice infestation after staying here, resulting in significant treatment and medical expenses. Serious health and safety concerns throughout this stay.The listing also falsely advertised a parking garage. There is no actual garage, parking was extremely limited, and there were multiple occasions where vehicles could potentially block you in.The host was nonresponsive, dismissive, and offered virtually no meaningful assistance or compensation despite multiple complaints. Easily one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
