“OceanView” located in a highly desirable Paget neighbourhood with beautiful views over the South Shore is exceptionally designed and elegantly furnished for the discerning holiday maker or executive. It has everything needed to decompress or entertain to your hearts content, including use of a newly renovated pool and access to the private Grape Bay Beach.
Currently configured as two King bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets, there is a large lounge for TV watching and an office area for those who wish to work from home. There is also a powder room, laundry facilities and plenty of storage.
The open plan kitchen, combined with the large dining area open onto an expansive front patio and lawn which cascades to the ocean. It is absolutely perfect for al fresco entertaining, lounging on the chaises or having friends over for a barbecue. The well maintained grounds and views encourage you to never leave home.
The property is within walking distance of the City of Hamilton, the Botanical Gardens, Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club, Coral Beach & Tennis Club, and the Pomander Gate Tennis Club. It is close to Bermuda’s best beaches, restaurants and food markets and easily accessible by public transportation.
