Very clean and modern. Weather was too warm to use the patio and hot tub but the house was perfect for a family. Loft living room is nice too for added space.

Corey was a good host. He provided needed information timely. The house was as described. The hot tub was awesome. Beautifully decorated and private fenced in backyard. House was clean, nice furniture and very roomie. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Would definitely rent it again. Good location and a safe area.

Corey was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us! Property was super clean and very well stocked. We especially loved the large,comfy sofa. It was most definitely one of the nicest rental properties where we’ve had the pleasure of staying. Highly recommend!!! Hope to stay here again in the future !

Property was exactly as it was listed. Had the basic kitchen utensils and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Close drives to Sioux Falls must see items. Quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes away from FareWay grocery store.

We loved our stay here! Spacious, clean, great communication, great kitchen appliances, and great location. Exactly what we were needing. My only piece of feedback is that the stairs up to the front door could use a railing or be made wider as it felt a little unsteady, especially while carrying our luggage. Definitely wouldn’t keep us from staying here again though! We’ll be back to this beautiful property.

Everything about our stay was amazing. This place is just beautiful, and it was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do while we were there. Corey, our host, was great; easy to get ahold of if we needed to. The place is located in a nice, quiet area, which we truly enjoyed, as we were looking for a great place to have some downtime. Hot tub was amazing, great way to spend the weekend! Would highly recommend checking this place out. If it's available for our next Girls' Weekend, we will stay again.

Just what we needed! Our family (my wife, myself, my teenage son and mother-in-law), was in town from out of state for my daughter's college graduation. We needed 3 bedrooms and space to socialize. This property worked out perfectly. So much more convenient than a hotel. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Sioux Falls with an easy drive to anything you want to do in the city. The sauna and hot tub were great additions to a relaxing weekend and Corey was great to work with.
