New to the rental market for 2025, this 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your next Sea Pines vacation!

The living area features a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. The dining area seats 4 and has access to the patio area, complete with a grill (charcoal not provided).

Beyond the dining area, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to the bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guests staying in Clipper Court are within a short walk of all the sites and sounds of Harbour Town, including water sports, shops, restaurants, cafes, the Harbour Town Playground and so much more! Guests have access to a free seasonal trolley service, making trips to the beach a breeze! The many conveniently located bike paths make traveling around the Sea Pines community easy and fun.

Sea Pines is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.

The bedroom furniture needs to be changed. I will email pictures to show how the platform bed is only about 6-8 inches from the dresser. I ended up with bruises on my legs from hitting the dresser handles and the bed frame. The couch on the patio needs new cushions. The ones there were awful and didn’t fit.
