I wanted to take a moment to address the recent situation regarding your booking. As you know, I spent over two hours on the phone with VRBO, navigating a series of questions in hopes of resolving the issue. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my IPS company’s property listings, resulting in the wrong one being chosen. I sincerely apologize for the confusion this caused.
