When we found this property, we knew it was the perfect place to gather our growing families and friends. Based in Annapolis, Baltimore, and Queenstown on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, we’ve always loved entertaining and creating spaces that feel warm, relaxed, and welcoming. Plantation Park 1 is a beautiful, quiet community conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Bethany Beach.
What makes this property unique
When we first toured the home, we were immediately drawn to the spacious kitchen, private backyard, and all the potential it held. At the time, the upstairs of the cottage was an unfinished attic and the downstairs a workshop—but we saw the opportunity to create a charming guest space. We got to work, transforming it into the cozy cottage it is today, complete with bedrooms upstairs and a comfortable living area below. One of our favorite things about the property is how easily it accommodates larger groups, especially with its inviting outdoor spaces.
