Cute, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath on 2nd floor. Well decorated, WiFi, large deck, Gas Grill, 1 car parking. Located short 2.5 blocks from boardwalk. Close to all attractions - No need to worry about parking in to everything - beach, boardwalk, tennis courts, basketball, restaurants.

Please Note: Bed Covers(shown in the pictures) and Linens are Not Included in the Rental. The Condo does Not have Heaters

The 3rd & 4th floor is a 4 bed/2 bath(sleeps 10), also available for Rent.

The Back Cottage(3 bed/2 bath, sleeps 10) is available for Rent.

Guests need to sign Contract to complete the Reservation, please contact, the owner after Reservation is made Online.

Long weekends, 3 might minimum stay required. In Season, 3 nights minimum preferred.

Great owner, easy stay, clean

The owner Stan was extremely attentive, and the Caretaker (Rita) and he made all of the particulars easy. Kitchen was great and the layout efficient. Not a bad walk to the beach and boardwalk. The driveway was narrow but they helped me back in the van. Bathtub could use an update, Stan says e's going to get that done. recommend!

Charming Condo in Wildwood

This condo located on Hildreth Ave was great. The communication with the owner was quick, easy, and cordial. He was very much on top of everything and concerned that our stay was pleasant. The condo unit was very clean and equipped with the essentials. The location was superb - 2 blocks away from the boardwalk and across the street from an ice cream parlor/arcade/restaurant/mini golf!!!!! When visiting Wildwood I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Stanley for making the rental process smooth and our stay unforgettable.

Not great.

The place was smaller than expected and not clean or updated. Property manager sat out front smoking all day but was nice enough. Said we were too loud but the bunch of boys above us weren’t told to quiet down. I’m pretty sure the place was cleaner when we left than when we got there. Oh and the washer and dryer are in a filthy little room around back that you share 1 of each machine with everyone and as a paying customer had to wait for the property manager to get their things out. I won’t go back. Although the owner seemed nice and was very accommodating. Update your place and get new property managers.

Perfect home for a quick beach weekend!

The home worked out perfect for our group. It was conveniently located for everyone and a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again!
