This 5,000 sq log home has plenty of room for the whole family (or two families!) With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms it sleeps up to 10. This home is located up 4 Mile Rd, 10-15 minutes to Ski Sunlight (a great family friendly ski resort), 10 minutes to downtown Glenwood Springs, home of the famous Hot Springs Pool and just 45 minutes to Aspen/Snowmass and Vail. Pick a different mountain to ski on every day! Come spend the holidays in the mountains and create some great memories with your family and friends!

Completely furnished with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Sleeps 8-10. Upstairs Master bedroom has custom log furniture, california king bed and private bath with marble floor, double sinks and whirlpool tub. Additional bedroom/bath downstairs with king bed (could be a 2nd master) plus 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, which share a full bathroom, also downstairs.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops (and is very well stocked with everything you need to cook, double oven and 6 burner stove), a huge island with 5 bar stools. The kitchen is open to a large dining room table that seats up to 12 with see-through fireplace to the living room filled with comfortable leather couches and baby grand piano.

The lower level has an additional 1000 sq ft family room, with 52" flat screen TV, pool table and ping pong table. Plus a deluxe office with built in cabinets.

A large patio off of the kitchen/dining areas wraps around the entire front of the house, with picnic table, BBQ and beautiful views of snow capped Mt Sopris, which soars to 13,000 ft.

Radiant heat throughout the home, 2 car heated garage and horse pasture/hay shed also available.

Plus it has become a tourist destination with too many attractions to list, like Ski Sunlight, the famous Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Caverns & Amusement Pk, river rafting, biking & hiking trails galore, hunting and fly fishing. Come enjoy the great outdoors in an authentic mountain town. The charming town has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Grocery stores are 10 minutes from the house.

Relax, unwind and enjoy a relaxing time together, away from the everyday stresses of life. Bond with family and friends, cook, eat and drink….in your 'home away from home'. This is not a home with a sterile environment and white hotel towels, but a HOME you can feel has been lived in and has more living to be had.
